46、cludingtheword“agree”,”agreed”or“agreement”requiretheagreementtoberecordedinwriting,and(d) “written”or“inwriting”meanshand-written,type-written,printedorelectronicallymade,andresultinginapermanentrecord.ThemarginalwordsandotherheadingsshallnotbetakenintoconsiderationintheinterpretationoftheseConditions.1.3CommunicationsWherevertheseConditionsprovideforthegivingorissuingofapprovals,certificates,consents,determinations,noticesandrequests,thesecommunicationsshallbe:(a) inwritinganddeliveredbyhand(againstreceipt),sentbymailorcourier,ortransmittedusinganyofagreedsystemsofelectronictransm
