17、mentscanhardlymeetthetechnicaloperationrequirements.2.1.3Intheeventofhighrequirementsforoperationmanagementfunctions,suchasprintingofoperationandcross-limitalarmdataaswellasexecutionofcostaccountingandtechnicaleconomicindexanalysisreportforms.2.1.4TheadoptionofDCScanhelptoimproveproductionefficiency
18、andproductquality.2.2Feasibility2.2.1SophisticatedproductiontechnologyandrichdesignexperiencewillhelpDCStocomeintooperation.2.2.2TheenduserofDCShasastrongtechnicalforceandcertainoperation,maintenanceandmanagementcapabilities.2.2.3Incomparisonwithconventionalanaloginstruments,thetechnicaleconomicinde
19、xoftheinvestmentforDCSisreasonable.Theenduserhastheabilitytoinvestfunds.3BasicfunctionsofDCSDCShasavarietyoffunctions.Thereasonableandeffectiveimplementationofthefollowingfunctionsshallbeconsideredinthefirstplaceduringdesignselectionandsystemconfiguration.3.1ProcesscontrolfunctionInengineeringdesign
20、,suchseniorcontrolfunctionsascascade,ratio,feedforward,overrideandpuredelaytimecompensationcanbeappliedaccordingtotheactualrequirementsofprocessmonitoringinadditiontothebasicfeedbackcontrolfunctionandsequentialcontrolfunction.Moreover,anintegratedcontrolarithmeticformulacanbeestablishedwithvariousar
21、ithmeticunitstomeetmorecomplicatedcontrolrequirements.3.2OperatingfunctionCommonoperationstationinwhichonlykeyboardisusedtorealizeproductionprocessoperationortheoperationstationinwhichkeyboard,ball(mouse)or(and)touchscreenareusedtorealizeproductionprocessoperationcanbeadoptedaccordingtotheoperationr
22、equirementsandtheoperationmodeofthevariousDCSs.3.3DisplayfunctionSuchframesasgroupingdisplay,trenddisplayanddynamicprocessdisplayarearrangedwithreasonontheprincipleoffacilitatingobservationandoperationbasedongeneralpicturedisplay,groupingdisplay,singlepointdisplay,historytrenddisplay,alarmpointsumma
23、rydisplayanddynamicanalogprocessdisplayfunctionofDCS.Ifnecessary,thedisplayoperationfunctionofopeningawindowontheflowframecanalsobeselected.3.4AlarmfunctionThesystemalarmfunctionofDCSshallbeabletoautomaticallydiagnosethemalfunctionsoccurredinoperationstation,on-sitecontrolstationorcommunicationsyste
24、mandsendoutalarmsignals.TheprocessalarmfunctionofDCSshallbeabletodetecttheabnormalstateoftheproductionprocessanddisplayalarmsignalontheCRTscreen.Forimportantalarmsignalsorsysteminterlocksignals,individualalarmpanelcanalsobeadopted(someDCSsdonothavethealarmpanelstructure).Ifnecessary,audioalarmdevice
25、canalsobeequipped.Flashalarminstalledonauxiliaryoperationdeskcanbeadoptedasrequired.3.5TablingandprintingfunctionReportformprinterandreal-timealarmprintershallbeselectedrespectively.Reportformprinting:Printingcantakeplaceinrealtimeaccordingtotheformat,contentandprintingperiodofreportformspecifiedbyt
26、heenduser,oratanymomentasrequired.Alarmprinting:Thetagnumber,timeandalarmoperatingconditionofallthealarmpointsshallbeprintedinrealtime.3.6InformationmanagementfunctionExternalmemory(suchasdisk,tapedrive)isadoptedtosaveimportantinformationaccordingtotherequirementsofprocessoperationandmanagement.Thet
27、ypeandcapacityofexternalmemorycanbedeterminedaccordingtotheamountofinformationtobesaved,thesavingdurationandtheenoughmarginstobeleft.3.7CommunicationfunctionwithuppercomputerandPLCDCScanbeaskedtocommunicateinrealtimewithuppersupervisorycontrolcomputertoperformoptimizationcontrolandproductionmanageme
28、ntfunction,orcommunicatewiththeprogrammablelogiccontrollertoperformcomplexsequentialcontrolandsignalinterlockfunctionasrequired.IftheDCSandtheuppercomputerarenotconfiguredatthesametime,DCScanberequiredtobeequippedwiththecommunicationinterfacewiththeuppercomputer.3.8SystemconfigurationfunctionTheDCSw
29、ithofflineandonlinesystemconfigurationfunctionsshallbeadopted.Thesystemconfigurationfunctionshallincludeconfiguration,generationandmodificationofoperationstationmonitorandcontrolstationcontrolfunction.4BasicstructureofDCSDCSmainlyconsistsofthreeparts,operationstation,controlstationandcommunicationsy
30、stem.Thefollowingitemsshallbeconsideredinthefirstplaceduringdesignandselection.4.1Operationstation4.1.119orabovecolorcathode-raytubedisplay(hereinafterreferredtoasCRT)withoperationalkeyboardshallbeadoptedtoprovidedtheoperator,engineerandDCSmaintenancepersonnelwithdifferentmonitoringandoperatingfunct
31、ion.Suchfactorsasthescaleofdetectionandcontrolsystem,theactualoperatingandmonitoringrequirementsandtheredundancyshallbetakenintoconsiderationduringconfigurationofthenumberofCRTwithkeyboard(hereinafterreferredtoas“manmachineinterface”).Generally,theconfigurationofmanmachineinterfacecanbeselectedaccor
