15、itration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.20.法律适用：本合同的签订地、或发生争议时货物所在地在中华人民共和国境内或被诉人为中国法人的，适用于中华人民共和国法律，除此规定外，适用联合国国际货物销售合同公约。Law applications: it will be governed by the law of the People's Republic
