The seller will considered that the buyer waive any claim if the buyer didnt make claim within the deadline mentioned above.售后和质保条款：买方在收到单批货物的当天必须拍照通过电子邮件发给卖方证明收货日期，买方收到货后如发现产品数量不符、外饰件破损、型号不符的问题，必须在_天内向卖方提出索赔（需要提供订单中的序号、配件编号、配件名称、订单数量、单价、

10、总价、数量差、外饰件照片、型号不符产品的照片），质量问题的索赔必须在_个月内向卖方提出，索赔必须附上产品明细（出现问题订单中的发票号、序号、配件编号、配件名称、订单数量、单价、总价、出现质量问题的数量、照片、具体质量问题的描述，如出现重大质量问题，买方必须向卖方提供第三方的检测报告），凡在以上日期内未提出任何异议的，卖方将认为买方放弃任何索赔。11. 11、 spent on this cargo including storage, transportation, port charge, Custom application, sea freight etc. 合同经双方签章生效后，则买方不能以任何理由提出拒收货物，否则买方将承担卖方因操作此订单所产生的一切费用（仓储费、陆运费、港杂费、报关费、海运费等）及损失。12. Arbitration：All disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendlyconsultati

In case no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to China international economic and trade arbitration commission, Beijing for Arbitration in accordance with its Rules of Procedure. The decision made by this commission shall be regarded as final and binding upon

Arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise awarded. 仲裁：在履行协议过程中，如产生争议，双方应友好协商解决。若通过友好协商未能达成协议，则提交北京中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，根据该会仲裁程序规定进行仲裁。该委员会决定是终局的，对双方均有约束力。仲裁费用，除另有规定外，由败诉一方负担。 13. This contract is written in Chinese and English, both shared the same value.
