1、Unit 9词语和句型用法归纳 讲义1. a little 一点;少量a little意为“一点;少量”，相当于kind of，可以修饰形容词或副词，在句中作状语。a little修饰不可数名词， 意为“有点儿”。如：I feel a little tired today. 今天我感到有点累。There is a little water in the glass. 杯子里还有点水。辨析：a little & littlea little表示肯定意义， 意为“数量虽不多，但是还有一点”;little表示否定意义，意为“数量很少或几乎没有”。如：There is a little tea

She's of medium height， and she has long straight hair. 她中等身高，留着长直发。（1） 此句是用来描述人的相貌的常用句型。表示某人中等个头或中等身材时，其结构为“sb. + be+ of + medium height / build.”。（2） 表示“某人长着或留着发时”，只能用have/ has， 其构成为“sb.+ have/ has +. hair.”。注意：形容头发时，应按照先长短，后曲直，最后颜色的顺序说。如：Our math teacher is of medium build. 我们的数学老师中等身材。She has long curly black hair. 她有一头长长的黑色卷发。
