1、 高考英语备考：高考英语阅读理解中why问题的考点与命题点近五年高考英语全国I卷阅读理解考题中，出现以why设问的题目共八道，所涉及的文体有议论文、记叙文及说明文，而且不同文体中以why提问的题目，其求答的方向也不一样，体现了命题者不同的设计意图。从命题者的设计意图入手，对题干特点、命题点及选项分析，有助于揣测命题者的设计意图，从而提高答题的准确率。一、why问句，问原因why问句，问原因的题目多数出现在记叙文中，其题干特点“why+助动词+普通人的一件事”为特点，而且选项都是主语相同的完整陈述句，正确选项通常是对文本材料进行语意概括。其命题点有以下三种情况：1. 原因状语从句（20

2、16年全国卷C篇）I am Peter Hodes， a volunteer stem courier. Since March 2012， Ive done 89 trips -of those， 51 have been abroad. I have 42 hours to carry stem cells（干细胞

28、#160;author called to Mutton town？A. To rescue a woman.B. To take care of a woman.C. To look at a baby owl.D. To cure a young owl.分析：本题问叫作者来Mutton town的目的。由第一段第一句可知，作者是野生动物志愿者，最后一句“然而，当救助成功时，会有一种美妙的感觉”应是本文的主题句，接下来应是救助成功的一个案例。第二段开始讲案例，作者接到一个女士的电话，说她发现了一个猫头鹰，第三段说作者检查了这只猫头鹰，一切正常，接下来就是讲如何帮助猫头鹰找到其父母的过程。我们看各选项，“治愈一位女士”“照料一位女士”显然是无中生有，易排除，选项D“治愈一只小猫头鹰”，猫头鹰并未生病，何来治愈？只有C项正确，该项中的look at是examine的同义表达。面对why提问的问题，考生可从选项入手，是不定式，就是问目的;若是完整的陈述句，就是问原因。明确了设计意图，就更易在文中找到信息句，从而有效地选出正确选项。
