1、摘要抚顺银行个人理财业务发展策略的优化研究在我国,随着经济社会的不断发展,人们对投资的积极渴望性不断提高,相对于银行个人理财业务发展的要求也不断提升。金融市场的快速发展使得商业银行之间的竞争不断加剧,各银行纷纷开始在个人理财业务方面展开激烈的竞争。抚顺银行近些年来加大在个人理财业务方面的投入,为抢占市场先机以获得高额收益,这也是我国当前大多数商业银行普遍采取的主要发展战略之一。理财业务已经成为各个银行发展的重要部分,从内涵视角讲,个人理财业务就是指向一般国民为了一定的经济利益而开展的一些业务,银行为了自己的业务发展和事业拓展也积极开展个人理财业务。从价值与功能视角分析,商业银行个人理财业务能够
2、极大促进商业银行的发展,能够极大促进国民理财业务的发展与极大提升国民的幸福指数,能够极大推动国家经济社会新常态发展。个人理财业务论根源兴起很早,但我国的商业银行新兴的个人理财业务起步较晚,同质化营销是非常严重的,这种现象的产生是由于个人理财业务刚刚发展起来,这就导致个人理财业务在商业银行中的发展缺乏特色,理财业务内容和渠道单一过于狭隘,相较于国外的理财产品而言由产品导向的理财业务,其内容的丰富程度比西方国家商业银行的理财服务差得多,目前大多数的国内商业银行的资金不足以支撑理财产品的金融品牌优势,其业务的发展壮大还需要很大的进步空间。从国内外商业银行的个人金融服务的成功经验,从战略到产品创新,服
3、务战略,品牌战略和不同层次的学习个人理财业务的困难这几个方面研究抚顺银行的个人理财业务情况,通过分析国家和国际环境的理财业务在金融服务体系中的成功经验和战略性的实践意义,给出适合个人理财业务在抚顺银行发展的策略和建议,我们希望在中国商业银行的个人理财业务的发展中具有一定的参考价值。本文通过文献研究法、定性分析法、调查分析法等,对商业银行个人理财业务相关理论进行分析和研究,并对抚顺银行个人理财业务的发展现状及存在的问题进行多方面的分析,指出其存在的各项缺陷。并结合当前我国金融市场的发展环境,从抚顺银行个人理财业务发展的现状出发,从风险防范、客户管理维护管理、理财产品及服务、市场营销等多个角度出发

In order to develop their own business and expand their business, the bank actively carries out personal financial affairs. From the

20、结 论29参考文献31致谢34VIII第 1 章绪论1.1研究背景与意义我国的个人理财业务借助于全球经济水平的提升正在逐渐的蓬勃发展起来,随着这股发展势头中国的个人理财业务在国内商业银行众多的金融业务中居于领先地位,其所产生的经济利润约占四分之一银行的总利润。个人日益强烈的对商业银行个人银行业务的认可和需求,主要是因为国民经济一直处于持续快速发展的势头,使得居民的财富已经显著的改善和增加。虽然个人金融服务市场在中国发展迅速,但其发展仍然受到不同程度的客观因素制约,个人理财业务的发展速度缓慢,不能更好地实现银行与理财客户的双赢局面。因此,如何能够凭借着发展的创新优越的理财产品、广受欢迎的个人理财
21、业务品牌,来推动商业银行的个人理财业务更快更好的发展,但要尽量地避免理财产品的同质化,为客户提供更具有个性特色鲜明化的服务,促进商业银行个人理财业务发展,提高其在国内银行的竞争力,抓住品牌优势为理财业务的发展提供更好的经济效益,以达到银行和客户互赢的金融服务局面,这项课题促使我国商业银行也正在积极研究中。在一些西方的发达国家,商业银行在发展银行业务时,最重要的组成部分是个人理财业务,同时它也是主要的经济来源,这项对我国来说新兴的业务在商业银行的所有业务的发展中占有很重要的位置,这是由于个人理财这项业务的突出优点在于其批量较大、服务的范围大、客户所面临的风险较低以及经营收益相对来说比较稳定等。而
22、在我国,目前居民个人收入数额已经提升,其个人存款已经占总存款的 60%,个人理财作为一项新兴业务,谁能够在个人金融理财业务上抢占先机,谁就能占据银行业竞争的优势地位。故个人金融理财业务也逐步在我国银行理财产品业务和服务竞争中占据一定的位置的。我国商业银行之间的各项业务存在竞争,并且日益激烈,这主要是因为商业银行业务的全面开放,吸引着国内外商业银行的目光,针对高净值的客户的抢夺主要集中在具有良好的金融发展前景以及较高的经济利润的个人理财业务范围2之内。因此,在这样激烈的竞争压力面前,商业银行应借鉴国外银行优越的经营理念和优秀的管理经验,在积极学习认清自身的差距和潜在问题的前提下,自主研发专属的个
23、人理财业务的独特品牌,并积极研究并制定可行的发展措施。为了达到既有财富的保值增值,同时优化金融财务管理体制系统,必须对个人理财业务进行分析和探索,寻求最佳的解决方案,以实现社会资源的合理配置和利用。1.2研究内容与方法本文的结构如下:第一章,绪论。本章主要归纳出抚顺银行个人理财业务发展策略优化研究的背景与意义、研究方法与内容,从现存的角度出发,提出问题,同时列出本文的整体架构和主体架构以及可能的创新进行了简要的概括。第二章,抚顺银行个人理财业务发展的现状与问题。本章从抚顺银行个人理财业务发展的基本情况入手,并对存在的问题现状进行深入分析,通过多方位研究寻找问题所在。第三章,抚顺银行个人理财业务
