1、Hello,everyone.Im Xinyi Niu,a technician from the department of radiology the first affiliated hospital of XIANi JiaoTong university.I would like to share the summary of our experience regarding the control and prevention of radiological examinations during COVID-19.Part One:The infection control in

2、 radiological examination.When the COVID-19 epidemic out broke,the emergency management system of infection control was established immediately in our department.Director Yang took the responsibility of assignment for all the specialized team.The chief technical director was appointed to be the lead

3、er of this squads and arranged the group study of the radiological features of COVID-19 for medical staff.The nurse squad is in charge of the venipuncture during CT examination and the training course preparation of infection control and prevention.Additionally,there is a coordinator who is in charg

4、e of the organization of personal protection training,supply management,and direct reporting upwards.Emergency management.We rearranged the structure and layout of the examination facilities following the principles of three compartments and two assets.So does the quarantine facility.The examination

5、 rooms for the suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 is isolated from other area and managed in the mode of closed loop route signs.And dedicated assets were set up specifical for the COVID-19 patients.All the medical staff and patient companies were comprehensively informed with those configurat

6、ions.Different levels of supply are located for deformations.The technicians have to communicate with patients face to face.So their awareness of self-protection needs to be emphasize.It is critical to make them proficient in the skill of personal protection and to fulfill its technical standard.So

8、urgical or regular medical facial mask.All the staff must be trained to get well prepared for the starting and ending of daily work.Only the members who is trained and qualified are a legible for their jobs.Spot checks towards personal protection and environmental hygiene are undertaken randomly eve

9、ryday.In order to ensure that operations are correct,supplies are consumed properly,and the risk of infection are minimal.The radiological features of COVID-19 in specific faces of CT images are summarized and fed to with your graph the example figures shown here at the typical DR and CT features of

10、 COVID-19 in different faces.The principle of protective equipment is barely enough is okay.No wasting.But consumption of protective equipment needs to be planned before hand.At the beginning of board break,we were very short of medical supply.We assembled some facial shields with disposed films.The

11、 equipment are stored in designated cabinets.The storage is limited in present time frames.According to requirements of mission,and demands the expertise.The staff must report their whereabouts periodically.Their history of travel and epidemic logical contact should also be recorded respectively.Pat

12、ient management.Firstly,full time staff stay in the assets for the measurement of body temperature.Patients with fever and their companies must move along this dedicated assets Secondly,all the patients and companions must wear disposal surgical facial masks.Removing mask is not allowed at any time.

13、Thirdly,the work load assignment between examination rooms must be balanced to shorten the time of waiting for patients.Part two,classified management and infection control of patients in radiological department.It means that different sorts of patients are examined separately to further reduce the

14、risk of cross infection Infection control in the special examination procedure for favor patients the pre-examination management on the coordination between all the involved departments must be practiced.The check of patient identity should be performed via the intercom system to limit close contact

15、.The snapshots of imagine must be browsed immediately after scanning to make sure that the image quality acceptable.Disposable bed sheet must be renewed after each examination.When imaging chance for critical patients on bed with removable DR equipment with your graphers should take the PPE of level

17、 waste from suspected or confirmed cases are all supposed to be infectious.Infection control in special examination procedure for non-fever patients.Because COVID-19 patients cannot have fever symptoms in the early age,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control for patients with common

18、 assess.Measuring body temperature during try age will send fever patients to fever clinic for further investigation.After each examination.Browse images,if a suspected cases found,report it to the doctor on duty of the diagnostic group immediately for confirmation,and let the patient wait to confir

19、m that if it is not a suspected case,then the patient can leave.If the doctor on duty determines that it is a suspected case,report it to the hospital immediately.Send the patient to the fever clinic for isolation as greening,and carry out final disinfection according to the regulation,before examin

20、e other patients.Infection control in examination procedure for different classification patients.The principle is that examinations for common patients and the ones for fever should be separated.And so do the examinations for the suspected and confirmed cases.Those are the photos of our technicians
