4、建项目工艺装置土建工程,由MDI合成单元、MDI初期雨水池、MDA初期雨水池、MDA处理单元、雨淋阀室和管架五大单元组成。This project is located in Shanghai City Caojing Chemical District Chu Hua Road No. 25, Shanghai BASF Polyurethane Co. Ltd in A400 block. And Shanghai Lianheng ISO cyanate grease Co., Ltd. MDI expansion project process device for civil eng

By synthesizing MDI unit, MDI early rain pool, MDA in the early rain pool, MDA treatment unit, the deluge valve chamber and tube frame five unit composed.1.3 基坑概况Foundation Ditch Overview :1.3.1 MDI合成单元Synthetic unit(1)光气隔离舱、HCL吸收及尾气处理的垫层底标高-2.25m,板底厚为1200mm,垫层厚100mm,建筑面积为638.44m。本工程设计标高10
6、0.000m为0.000所应对的绝对标高为吴淞标高+4.500m,场地内部自然地面绝对标高约为+4.500m,即为相对标高0.000m,则开挖深度为2.25m。其中,水池的垫层底标高-5.90m,板厚为1000mm,垫层厚100mm,建筑面积为31.59。本工程设计标高100.000m为0.000所应对的绝对标高为吴淞标高+4.500m,场地内部自然地面绝对标高约为+4.500m,即为相对标高0.000m,则开挖深度为5.9m。(1) The phosgene compartment, HCL absorption and tail gas treatment of cushion botto
