1、【英文文学】约珥书 JoelChapter 11:1 hgb 耶 和 华 的 话 临 到 毗 土 珥 的 儿 子 约 珥 。 kjv The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel. bbe The word of the Lord which came to Joel, the son of Pethuel. 1:2 hgb 老 年 人 哪 ， 当 听 我 的 话 。 国 中 的 居 民 哪 ， 都 要 侧 耳 而 听 。 在 你 们 的 日 子 ， 或 你 们 列 祖 的 日 子 ， 曾 有 这 样 的 事 吗 ？ kjv

2、 Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers? bbe Give ear to this, you old men, and take note, you people of the land. Has this ever been in your days, or in the days of your fathers? 1:3 hgb 你 们 要 将 这 事 传 与 子

3、 ， 子 传 与 孙 ， 孙 传 与 后 代 。 kjv Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation. bbe Give the story of it to your children, and let them give it to their children, and their children to another generation. 1:4 hgb 剪 虫 剩 下 的 ， 蝗 虫 来 吃 。 蝗 虫 剩

4、 下 的 ， 蝻 子 来 吃 。 蝻 子 剩 下 的 ， 蚂 蚱 来 吃 。 kjv That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten. bbe What the worm did not make a meal of, has been taken by the loc

5、ust; and what the locust did not take, has been food for the plant-worm; and what the plant-worm did not take, has been food for the field-fly. 1:5 hgb 酒 醉 的 人 哪 ， 要 清 醒 哭 泣 。 好 酒 的 人 哪 ， 都 要 为 甜 酒 哀 号 。 因 为 从 你 们 的 口 中 断 绝 了 。 kjv Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, be

6、cause of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth. bbe Come out of your sleep, you who are overcome with wine, and give yourselves to weeping; give cries of sorrow, all you drinkers of wine, because of the sweet wine; for it has been cut off from your mouths. 1:6 hgb 有 一 队 蝗 虫 （ 原 文 是 民 ） 又 强

7、 盛 又 无 数 ， 侵 犯 我 的 地 。 它 的 牙 齿 如 狮 子 的 牙 齿 ， 大 牙 如 母 狮 的 大 牙 。 kjv For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. bbe For a nation has come up over my land, strong and without number; his teeth are t

8、he teeth of a lion, and he has the back teeth of a great lion. 1:7 hgb 它 毁 坏 我 的 葡 萄 树 ， 剥 了 我 无 花 果 树 的 皮 ， 剥 尽 而 丢 弃 ， 使 枝 条 露 白 。 kjv He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white. bbe By him my vine is made w

9、aste and my fig-tree broken: he has taken all its fruit and sent it down to the earth; its branches are made white. 1:8 hgb 我 的 民 哪 ， 你 当 哀 号 ， 像 处 女 腰 束 麻 布 ， 为 幼 年 的 丈 夫 哀 号 。 kjv Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth. bbe Make sounds of grief like a virgin dresse

10、d in haircloth for the husband of her early years. 1:9 hgb 素 祭 和 奠 祭 从 耶 和 华 的 殿 中 断 绝 。 事 奉 耶 和 华 的 祭 司 都 悲 哀 。 kjv The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORDs ministers, mourn. bbe The meal offering and the drink offering have been cut off

11、 from the house of the Lord; the priests, the Lords servants, are sorrowing. 1:10 hgb 田 荒 凉 ， 地 悲 哀 ， 因 为 五 谷 毁 坏 ， 新 酒 干 竭 ， 油 也 缺 乏 。 kjv The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth. bbe The fields are wasted, the land has become dr

12、y; for the grain is wasted, the new wine is kept back, the oil is poor. 1:11 hgb 农 夫 阿 ， 你 们 要 惭 愧 ， 修 理 葡 萄 园 的 阿 ， 你 们 要 哀 号 ， 因 为 大 麦 小 麦 ， 与 田 间 的 庄 稼 ， 都 灭 绝 了 。 kjv Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is pe

13、rished. bbe The farmers are shamed, the workers in the vine-gardens give cries of grief, for the wheat and the barley; for the produce of the fields has come to destruction. 1:12 hgb 葡 萄 树 枯 干 ， 无 花 果 树 衰 残 。 石 榴 树 ， 棕 树 ， 苹 果 树 ， 连 田 野 一 切 的 树 木 ， 也 都 枯 干 。 众 人 的 喜 乐 尽 都 消 灭 。 kjv The vine is dried

14、 up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men. bbe The vine has become dry and the fig-tree is feeble; the pomegranate and the palm-tree and the apple-t

15、ree, even all the trees of the field, are dry: because joy has gone from the sons of men. 1:13 hgb 祭 司 阿 ， 你 们 当 腰 束 麻 布 痛 哭 。 伺 候 祭 坛 的 阿 ， 你 们 要 哀 号 。 事 奉 我 神 的 阿 ， 你 们 要 来 披 上 麻 布 过 夜 。 因 为 素 祭 ， 和 奠 祭 ， 从 你 们 神 的 殿 中 断 绝 了 。 kjv Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the

16、altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God. bbe Put haircloth round you and give yourselves to sorrow, you priests; give cries of grief, you servants of the altar: come in, and, clothed in hai

17、rcloth, let the night go past, you servants of my God: for the meal offering and the drink offering have been kept back from the house of your God. 1:14 hgb 你 们 要 分 定 禁 食 的 日 子 ， 宣 告 严 肃 会 ， 招 聚 长 老 ， 和 国 中 的 一 切 居 民 ， 到 耶 和 华 你 们 神 的 殿 ， 向 耶 和 华 哀 求 。 kjv Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly,

18、 gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD. bbe Let a time be fixed for going without food, have a holy meeting, let the old men, even all the people of the land, come together to the house of the Lord your God, crying out to the

19、 Lord. 1:15 hgb 哀 哉 ， 耶 和 华 的 日 子 临 近 了 。 这 日 来 到 ， 好 像 毁 灭 从 全 能 者 来 到 。 kjv Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come. bbe Sorrow for the day! for the day of the Lord is near, and as destruction from the Ruler of all it will come. 1:

20、16 hgb 粮 食 不 是 在 我 们 眼 前 断 绝 了 吗 ？ 欢 喜 快 乐 不 是 从 我 们 神 的 殿 中 止 息 了 吗 ？ kjv Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God? bbe Is not food cut off before our eyes? joy and delight from the house of our God? 1:17 hgb 谷 种 在 土 块 下 朽 烂 。 仓 也 荒 凉 ， 廪 也 破 坏 。 因 为

21、五 谷 枯 干 了 。 kjv The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered. bbe The grains have become small and dry under the spade; the store-houses are made waste, the grain-stores are broken down; for the grain is dry and dead. 1:18 h

22、gb 牲 畜 哀 鸣 ， 牛 群 混 乱 ， 因 为 无 草 。 羊 群 也 受 了 困 苦 。 kjv How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate. bbe What sounds of pain come from the beasts! the herds of cattle are at a loss because there is no grass for the

23、m; even the flocks of sheep are no longer to be seen. 1:19 hgb 耶 和 华 阿 ， 我 向 你 求 告 。 因 为 火 烧 灭 旷 野 的 草 场 ， 火 焰 烧 尽 田 野 的 树 木 。 kjv O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field. bbe O Lord, my cry goes up t

24、o you: for fire has put an end to the grass-lands of the waste, and all the trees of the field are burned with its flame. 1:20 hgb 田 野 的 走 兽 向 你 发 喘 。 因 为 溪 水 干 涸 ， 火 也 烧 灭 旷 野 的 草 场 。 kjv The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured t

25、he pastures of the wilderness. bbe The beasts of the field are turning to you with desire: for the water-streams are dry and fire has put an end to the grass-lands of the waste. Chapter 22:1 hgb 你 们 要 在 锡 安 吹 角 ， 在 我 圣 山 吹 出 大 声 。 国 中 的 居 民 ， 都 要 发 颤 。 因 为 耶 和 华 的 日 子 将 到 ， 已 经 临 近 。 kjv Blow ye the

26、 trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; bbe Let the horn be sounded in Zion, and a war-cry in my holy mountain; let all the people of the land be troubled: for the day of the Lord i

27、s coming; 2:2 hgb 那 日 是 黑 暗 ， 幽 冥 ， 密 云 ， 乌 黑 的 日 子 ， 好 像 晨 光 铺 满 山 岭 。 有 一 队 蝗 虫 （ 原 文 作 民 ） 又 大 又 强 。 从 来 没 有 这 样 的 ， 以 后 直 到 万 代 ， 也 必 没 有 。 kjv A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there

28、 hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. bbe For a day of dark and deep shade is near, a day of cloud and black night: like a black cloud a great and strong people is covering the mountains; there has never been any like them and will n

29、ot be after them again, from generation to generation. 2:3 hgb 他 们 前 面 如 火 烧 灭 ， 后 面 如 火 焰 烧 尽 。 未 到 以 前 ， 地 如 伊 甸 园 ， 过 去 以 后 ， 成 了 荒 凉 的 旷 野 。 没 有 一 样 能 躲 避 他 们 的 。 kjv A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a d

30、esolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. bbe Before them fire sends destruction, and after them flame is burning: the land is like the garden of Eden before them, and after them an unpeopled waste; truly, nothing has been kept safe from them. 2:4 hgb 他 们 的 形 状 如 马 ， 奔 跑 如 马 兵 。 kjv Th

31、e appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. bbe Their form is like the form of horses, and they are running like war-horses. 2:5 hgb 在 山 顶 蹦 跳 的 响 声 ， 如 车 辆 的 响 声 ， 又 如 火 焰 烧 碎 秸 的 响 声 ， 好 像 强 盛 的 民 摆 阵 预 备 打 仗 。 kjv Like the noise of chariots on the tops

32、 of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. bbe Like the sound of war-carriages they go jumping on the tops of the mountains; like the noise of a flame of fire burning up the grain-stems, like a strong people li

33、ned up for the fight. 2:6 hgb 他 们 一 来 ， 众 民 伤 恸 ， 脸 都 变 色 。 kjv Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. bbe At their coming the people are bent with pain: all faces become red together. 2:7 hgb 他 们 如 勇 士 奔 跑 ， 像 战 士 爬 城 ， 各 都 步 行 ， 不 乱 队 伍 。 kjv They shal

34、l run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: bbe They are running like strong men, they go over the wall like men of war; every man goes straight on his way, their lines are not broken. 2:8 hgb 彼 此

35、 并 不 拥 挤 ， 向 前 各 行 其 路 。 直 闯 兵 器 ， 不 偏 左 右 。 kjv Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. bbe No one is pushing against another; everyone goes straight on his way: bursting through the sword points, their o

36、rder is not broken. 2:9 hgb 他 们 蹦 上 城 ， 蹿 上 墙 ， 爬 上 房 屋 ， 进 入 窗 户 如 同 盗 贼 。 kjv They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. bbe They make a rush on the town, running on the wall; they go up

37、 into the houses and in through the windows like a thief. 2:10 hgb 他 们 一 来 地 震 天 动 ， 日 月 昏 暗 ， 星 宿 无 光 。 kjv The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: bbe The earth is troubled before them and the hea

38、vens are shaking: the sun and the moon have become dark, and the stars keep back their shining: 2:11 hgb 耶 和 华 在 他 军 旅 前 发 声 。 他 的 队 伍 甚 大 。 成 就 他 命 的 ， 是 强 盛 者 。 因 为 耶 和 华 的 日 子 大 而 可 畏 。 谁 能 当 得 起 呢 ？ kjv And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is str

39、ong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? bbe And the Lord is thundering before his forces; for very great is his army; for he is strong who gives effect to his word: for the day of the Lord is great and greatly to be feared, and who has s

40、trength against it? 2:12 hgb 耶 和 华 说 ， 虽 然 如 此 。 你 们 应 当 禁 食 ， 哭 泣 ， 悲 哀 ， 一 心 归 向 我 。 kjv Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: bbe But even now, says the Lord, come back to me with all your heart, keeping

41、from food, with weeping and with sorrow: 2:13 hgb 你 们 要 撕 裂 心 肠 ， 不 撕 裂 衣 服 。 归 向 耶 和 华 你 们 的 神 。 因 为 他 有 恩 典 。 有 怜 悯 ， 不 轻 易 发 怒 ， 有 丰 盛 的 慈 爱 ， 并 且 后 悔 不 降 所 说 的 灾 。 kjv And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and

42、 of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. bbe Let your hearts be broken, and not your clothing, and come back to the Lord your God: for he is full of grace and pity, slow to be angry and great in mercy, ready to be turned from his purpose of punishment. 2:14 hgb 或 者 他 转 意 后 悔 ， 留 下 余 福 ， 就

47、辖 他 们 。 为 何 容 列 国 的 人 说 ， 他 们 的 神 在 哪 里 呢 ？ kjv Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God? bbe Let the priests, the servants of the Lord, be weeping between the covered way and the altar, and let them say, Have mercy on your people, O Lord, do not give up your heritage to shame, so that th
