11、在求职面试时跟招聘者说，我什么都能干，没有工资都行，只要给我一个机会。这使得用人单位哭笑不得：对高校毕业生，特别是屡遭挫折的求职者来说，掌握就业信息十分重要。在当前毕业生大幅度增加的情况下，要切忌把目标定得过高，并要不断总结经验教训，锲而不舍地为实现自己的目标而努力。二、备好求职材料，切忌面面俱到毕业生首先必备的是一份简历，一份求职信。一分”;推销”;自己的简历一、两页纸就够了，冗长的简历往往被招人聘人随手搁置一旁。简历要避免错字、别字和拼写错误;要突出自己的能力、专长或师从的著名教授。切忌面面俱到，要突出重点，使用人单位在最短的时间里就能了解应聘者最主要的内容。简历不要花里胡哨，如果是电子简

12、历，不宜带任何图案的点缀，以免被单位的服务器当作病毒拒收。寄简历的同时，应附上一封简要的求职信，概述一下自己的目标和愿望，再简述自己的经历和能力。不要同时给多家单位发千篇一律的求职信。一些毕业生抱着”;广种博收”;的心理状态把”;精美的”;自荐材料复印若干份寄往不同的用人单位，这些毫无个性的自荐材料又有多少会引起招聘者的注意呢?其结果也许只有一个;当废纸处理掉。三、衣着举止得体，切忌不拘小节国外的一位招聘专家曾说过：”;我们很注意观察应聘者的行为举止。当应聘者来到房间后，我会注意观察他是否等我请他坐下时再坐”;。很多毕业生并不知道，招聘者对应聘者衣着和举止言行的观察尤其细致。谁都知道不能穿一件花衬衣和五颜六色的袜子去面试、尽管西服、领带显得有点严肃，但还是最好的着装。毕业生如果不顾自己的条件，临近毕业进行美容、购置高档服装等全面”;包装”;的做法也并不可取。
