1、1 禅家岩镇中心小学三年发展规划(2016 2019 年)为促进学校内涵发展,进一步提升办学水平,办好人民满意的学校,根据国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要精神,从学校实际出发,特制定学校三年(2016 2019 年)发展规划。一、基础分析(一)发展优势学校建立以来,特别是经过上一个学校三年发展规划(20132015 年)的实施,获得了良好的办学效益并取得了一定的办学成绩。学校得到政府、家长和社会一致的认可。现已具备以下的发展优势:1.健全的管理体系学校实行校长负责制,党总支发挥政治核心作用,工会参与民主管理和监督。在依法办学的过程中,管理体系运行效率高、效果好。管理队伍整体遵守和形成了“各司其
2、职、强化责任、精诚团结、自主发展”的干部工作原则。2.成长中的教师队伍把提高教师专业化水平作为解决学校发展问题的关键,学校从培养教师入手,多次派教师外出培训学习,教师的观念和角色起了很大转变,初步建立了以学生发展为本的教育观,建立了“三维目标”教学观,提倡自主合作体验探究的学习方式。团结、奋进的教师队伍已经形成,专业化水平和协作意识有了长足发展。3.良好的教育教学质量2 坚持从“一切为了学生,办好家门口学校”出发,德育工作扎实有序,总结提炼了“规范涵养品质,品质引领行为”的德育工作思路。教学思路坚持“强化合作研究,规范教学行为,注重有效教学,打造高效课堂”,教学措施到位,学校、教师、学生关系融
3、洽,教学业绩稳步提升。4.形成中的学校文化学校重视学生全面发展,课程建设初步开展,既关注学生学业水平发展,又鼓励支持学生个性、能力与特长发挥。“宽容大气,自强不息,永不言败”的学校精神深入人心。学校开发阅读、科学教育、美育等项目,建立相应的兴趣小组,初步取得教育效益。(二)主要不足1.对“质量”内涵的理解还不够理性和深刻,表现在德育和教学均存在一定粗放性,德育与教学,常规与创新,以及各部门之间发展有待协调和平衡。2.长效管理策略有待进一步形成活力,层面主动发展的程度不平衡。3.教师的专业化水平整体发展不均衡,各评价激励机制有待进一步合理完善。4.九年一贯制建设尚处于探索中,按现有规模,学校办学

11、教育方针,贯彻国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要精神,对义务教育学校的要求,坚持人本立校、科研兴校、质量强校,积极、务实地推进学校的各项工作,全面实施素质教育。着力培养师生的责任意识,增强学校的核心竞争力和办学影响力,让每一位学生都能在健康成长中充分发展,让每一位教师都能在不断学习中施展才能,让每一位家长都在对学校的信任中收获希望。三、办学理念以“为师生终生幸福奠基,为中华民族振兴尽责”为核心理念,“为师生终生幸福奠基”,即努力使每一个学生都成为幸福者和幸福的创造者,让学生从小学会体验幸福、感受幸福,更要在教育的过程中培养学生创造幸福的能力,学会在创造的过程中追求幸福,提升幸福品质。在成就学生发

19、8Z4 ZO9K6V3P9K64 在学校办学思想指导下,以创建县级优质学校为目标,实现学校发展由粗放型向内涵型转变,实现管理科学化师资专业化、质量优质化。在形成自身办学特色的基础上把学校办成让学生成才、让家长放心、让社会满意的学校。(1)办学条件巩固现有学校规模,即小学平均每年6 个班,初中平均每年3 个班。扩建功能室、图书室和体育活动场所,能充分满足新课程改革的需求。在此基础上争取资金投入,使学校符合县级规范化水平;(2)德育工作彰显特色,学校文化实在形成;(3)教学效果与水平达到县同类学校水平;(4)国家课程、地方课程、校本课程三级课程整合、设置合理,满足学生个性发展需要;(二)发展策略学
