1、员工晋升管理办法一、目的为了更好地提供一个机制促进和激活人才发展及人员流动,建立员工挑战自我的精神和企业人尽其才的文化,让员工优秀的能力能得到认可和回报。特制订本指导原则。该政策会基于公司不同时间的战略做修订二、范围适用于公司所有员工。三、基本原则3.1 德能和业绩并重的原则。晋升需全面考虑员工的个人素质、能力以及在工作中取得的成绩。3.2 逐级晋升与越级晋升相结合的原则。员工一般逐级晋升,为公司做出了突出贡献或有特殊才干者,可以越级晋升。3.3 纵向晋升与横向晋升相结合的原则。员工可以沿一条通道晋升,也可以随着发展方向的变化而调整晋升通道。3.4职位空缺时,首先考虑内部人员,在没有合适人选时
2、,考虑外部招聘。四、晋升需具备的条件:4.1 具备较高职位的技能;4.2 相关工作经验和资历;4.3 在职工作表现及职业道德;4.4 完成职位所需的有关训练课程;4.5 具有较好的适应性和潜力。五、晋升周期:5.1 晋升分为定期和不定期两种:5.11定期:人事部每年3、9 月份组织对各部门所有员工过往一年的业绩进行分析。对本部门绩效优秀的员工进行推荐。5.12 不定期:是指员工试用期满的晋升或破格晋升(岗位空缺)六、晋升核定权限:6.1各部门主管以上由总经理核定;6.2各部门主管以下各级人员,由各级公司主管提议,经理审批,呈总经理核定。精品资料-欢迎下载-欢迎下载 名师归纳-第 1 页,共 9
3、 页 -七、管理职责划分人事部负责员工晋升工作的组织、任职资格条件的审查、任职公布等业务运作,是员工晋升的具体执行部门。各用人部门负责向公司推荐符合晋升条件的员工;由员工主动提出晋升时,任职部门负责对其任职条件进行初步核查。八、发展通道8.1 纵向发展助理主办主管代经理经理代副总副总8.2 横向发展有时员工选择的工作不一定是自己最合适的,如果发现其另有所长,可以在公司内重新选择如后勤到技术,再晋升为某一系列岗位管理职位。九、员工晋升管理公司职系表:职务级别管理类后勤类技术类业务类生产类P1 副总副总副总副总副总P2 总经理助理代副总代副总代副总P3 经理经理经理经理经理P4 代经理代经理代经理

12、及发展规划,为保证高效运作,同时充实内部人才储备,人力资源部每年3月份组织一次员工晋升。不定期:职务出现空缺时,若已有具备晋升条件的适当人选,可随时依本办法晋升程序办理晋升。十二、晋升办理程序12.1.确定拟提升职位:人力资源部根据公司战略规划及人员需求,定期发布拟新任领导者的职务类别、数量及具体要求。12.2 推荐合适人选:(1)推荐:由员工任职部门推荐的,填写职务晋升推荐表(附件一)并初步审查后交人事部;(2)自荐:由员工自荐的,填写员工晋升申请表(附件二),经部门负责人、公司经理核查后交人事部。12.3 晋升考核:人事部部根据职位要求,对所有人选的任职资格进行审查,对于审查符合条件的,组
