1、1 排水工程施工方案一、工程概况道路总体呈丁字形,道路东西段长496米,南北段长 195米,全长共 691 米。污水管道全长596米,雨水管道全长911米。二、施工要求(一)、排水工程:排水工程包括雨水及污水,雨水管采用承插式钢筋混凝土圆管,接口为承插式柔性接口。雨水口连接管由于覆土较浅均采用满包混凝土加固。雨水口连接管采用 D300管,坡度不小 1.0%。圆管规格为 D300 D1500之间多钟规格。污水管道采用双壁波纹管(环钢度8)管道基础采用砂垫层基础,管道连接采用承插式弹性密封橡胶圈,管道与检查井接口采用膨胀橡胶圈配套用件必须由管材生产厂配套供应。污水管有 300、400二种规格的双壁
2、波纹管,本工程排水管道数量较多、对工期影响较大,在施工时需引起足够的重视。(二)、工艺流程:测量放线沟槽开挖管道安装检查井的砌筑闭水实验沟槽回填。1、施工工艺流程:平整场地2 定位放线施出挖土灰线考虑放坡采用降水措施土方开挖土方运走地基处理测量槽底标高验槽结束施工2、沟槽以逆流方向进行开挖,使已铺设的下游管道先期投入使用,供后段工程的施工排水。3、根据施工设计图纸、现场地质情况及场地条件,测量人员在开挖前放出开挖边线(上口线和下口线),撒白灰线,上口四角打木桩,并标出开挖深度。机械应按上口线和下口线放坡开挖沟底,保留20cm的保护层。测量工应在开挖底面每35m设测点,严格按设计要求控制槽底标高

10、以保证槽底土壤结构不被扰动或超挖,认真控制槽底高程和宽度,以防超挖。开挖沟底宽,应比管道构筑物横断面最宽处两侧各加宽50cm,以保证基础施工和管道安装的操作空间。同时及时进行管道的基础施工,以免槽底土壤暴露过久。若出现超挖现象,则及时进行处理。沟槽开挖达到标高进行原土夯实(要考虑夯实后的下沉量)雨水管道与污水管道在机动车道相距4 米,采用单槽开挖。基坑底在地下水位以下的基坑,开挖时采用降水排水措施,降水采用污水泵在集水坑(规格为100*100*120,每一集水坑内设 100 污水泵一台,遇水量较大时增加水泵)抽出沟槽内的水分别引流出施工场地外排走。使地下水位降至槽底面 50cm以下,做到干槽施

18、:CK10A6H4Z4J2 HZ8I4K4B3X5 ZD7Q7O4V9C84 基础质量;下管后应防止发生浮管事故。6、因道路全线均为挖方段,因为弃土场未处理妥当。路槽开挖土方堆积在道路两侧边坡上,沟槽开挖的土方无法即地堆放,必须外运堆放,堆放的土方一部分利用回填,一部分外运弃。7、开挖土方时,安排施工管理人员跟班,经常测量和复核平面位置和标高及边坡坡度是否与设计相符,指挥挖掘机司机开挖、汽车运土、堆土。防止超挖或亏挖。在土方开挖过程中,对土质情况、地下水位等的变化随时进行观测,作好原始记录,发现地基土质与设计要求不符时,与有关人员及时研究处理。8、边坡上侧堆土或堆放材料以及移动施工机械时,与挖
