1、沥青冷补料的应用与普通热拌料及其他冷补材料相比,“冷补料”是一种高科技道路修补材料,优良的粘结性能和松散施工性能是其不同于普通修补材料的显著特点之一,可以全天候使用,适用于在任何天气和环境下修补各种不同类型的道路面层,如沥青混凝土道路、水泥混凝土道路、停车场、机场跑道、桥梁伸缩缝等。实践证明,冷补材料不仅适用于各种道路坑槽的修补,而且对道路的中修、小修同样具有良好的修补效果,其成本、质量和使用都优于一般冷补材料或传统的热拌沥青、乳化沥青混合料,并以其操作简便、存放长久、修补质量好、用途广泛、利于环保等特点,已经在国内各大中城市的市政道路、高速公路上得到推广应用。为更好地发挥冷补材料的综合性能,
2、达到最佳的使用效果,生产时可根据季节和气温具体情况配制相应配方的冷补沥青。一、冷补沥青混合料1、袋装成品,25kg/袋,直接用于道路修补;2、按照适用季节不同分为冬季和夏季两种型号;3、使用的是AC-10C 与 AC-16C 两种型号二、产品特点(1)冷态修补坑穴、公共设施开挖及其它维修,只需对原有坑穴处进行简单清理,随用随取,无需重型施工机械,几分钟内即可完成修补,并立即恢复道路交通。(2)包含独特的共聚物、湿润成分、精选沥青和集料,与沥青混凝土、水泥混凝土、金属表面、木面等不同基质的材料均有良好的粘结力。(3)任何天气条件下均可使用,不受结冰、解冻、雨雪天气和坑穴大小及数量的影响与限制,在
