16、工的时候,需要执行本方案。本施工方案编制及工程施工验收按下列文件要求执行:a、公司质量管理手册 Q/YGS G 322.062003 b、公司 2003 年 A版程序文件汇编c、健康安全环境管理手册 Q/CNPCYGS334.09 2004 d、工业设备及管道绝热工程质量检验评定标准 GB50185-93 e、工业设备及管道绝热工程施工及验收规范 GBJ126-89 f、石油化工绝热工程施工工艺标准 SH/T3522-91 g、设计文件2、工程概况本工程对保冷的要求比较高,设计最低温度达到-75;保冷层材料选用硬质聚氨酯泡沫,用不锈钢带绑扎,保护层采用瓦楞防锈铝皮和花纹防锈铝皮。本工程需要保冷

25、密封,以防进水;设备保冷表面和其它临近构件(如:梯子平台的边缘和管线保冷层表面)的最小间距为 20mm;当保冷层厚度 80mm 时采用一层保冷材料,当保冷层厚度80mm 时应采用分层敷设,同层错缝,内外层压缝方式敷设,内外层接缝应错开100-150mm;为防止金属保护层因自重下滑,应将保护层与支撑圈用 512 的抽芯铆钉或自钻螺丝固定,间距不小于150mm;金属保护层的环向和纵向接缝应垂直排列整齐,并连接牢固。3.2.1 直管道保冷1、保冷层安装 根据测量直管的实际尺寸确定聚氨酯瓦块的规格;聚氨酯瓦块内壁应紧贴管线壁;在瓦块之间的粘接处刷聚氨酯专用胶,然后将聚氨酯瓦块紧密套装在管线上,粘接牢固
