1、语文是最重要的交际工具,是人类文化的重要组成部分。小学语文是义务教育阶段的一门基础学科,对于培养学生的思想道德品质和科学文化素养,对于学生学习其他学科和继续学习,对于弘扬祖国的优秀文化和吸收人类的进步文化,提高民族素质,都具有重要意义。小学语文教学要贯彻国家的教育方针,面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来;要以马克思主义和科学的教育理论为指导,联系学生现实生活,加强语文实践,积极进行教学改革,提高教学质量。一教学目的小学语文教学应立足于促进学生的发展,为他们的终身学习、生活和工作奠定基础。小学语文教学应培育学生热爱祖国语言文字和中华优秀文化的思想感情,指导学生正确地理解和运用祖国语文,丰富语言的积累
2、,使他们具有初步的听说读写能力,养成良好的语文学习习惯。在教学过程中,使学生受到爱国主义教育、社会主义思想品德教育和科学思想方法的启蒙教育,培育学生的创造力,培养爱美的情趣,发展健康的个性,养成良好的意志品格。二教学内容和要求(一)教学的总要求1.学会汉语拼音的声母、韵母、声调和整体认读音节,能够准确拼读音节,正确书写声母、韵母和音节,认识大写字母,熟记汉语拼音字母表。2.认识常用汉字3000 个左右。学会其中2500 个左右,做到会写,并了解在具体语言环境中的意思。3.学会用汉语拼音等两种查字典的方法,能根据读写的需要比较熟练地查字典词典。能独立识字。4.用硬笔写字,写得正确、端正、整洁,行
3、款整齐,有一定速度。用毛笔临帖,字写得匀称,纸面干净。5.对阅读有浓厚兴趣,阅读程度适合的文章,能理解主要内容,体会思想感情,领悟表达的一些方法,注意积累语言材料。能用普通话正确、流利、有感情地朗读课文。默读有一定速度,边读边思考。背诵优秀诗文不少于150 篇(含课文)。学习浏览,能根据需要收集有关材料。6.养成良好的阅读习惯。课外阅读总量五年制不少于100 万字,六年制不少于150 万字。7.能把自己的见闻、感受和想象写出来,做到内容具体,感情真实,有一定条理,语句通顺,书写工整,注意不写错别字,会用常用的标点符号。养成留心观察、认真思考、勤于动笔、认真修改自己作文的良好习惯。8.口语交际要
