3、长做出贡献;就企业组织而言,培训可以发掘人才潜能,发挥人才作用, 营造企业的核心竞争能力,为组织目标的实现服务;就员工个体而言,培训可 以使员工更新观念,掌握新技术,适应组织的更高要求,应付更有挑战性的工 作。本篇以 CAC 公司为例,采用理论研究加案例研究的方法,以培训流程管理 为主线,对中国企业的人力资源培训与开发进行了分析和探讨。 企业培训的作用表现在:提高工作绩 效;提高满足感和安全水平;建立优秀 的企业文化和形象。培训的目的在于:增强员工的职业道德;提高专业水平; 提高工作能力。培训的总原则包括:培训要适应企业的现实需求;培训要支持 企业的目标;培训应是一种管理活动;培训管理要有统
4、-性和科学性;培训是 为了获得理想的行为后果而进行的;培训应为员工的自我开发和职业发展服务。 培训的 -般原则有:处理好企业近期目标与长远战略的关系;要做到学以致用 , 要注意成人学习的原则;培训是第一把手的重要职责;要注意个体差异的原则; 要注意培训效果的反馈与培训结果的强化 ; 要注重 激励原则。 培训与教育不同,培训是给员工传授完成本职工作所必须的基本技能的过 程;教育是以传授、诱导或获取知识、观点、价值和技能的社会活动,重在教 授一个领域和一个学科的基本知识和技能。培训是针对某一特定的工作和职业; 教育周期更长,其追求的目标更为深远与广泛。培训大多着重实效;教育着重 个人长远发展。西方
5、国家的培训起步于 20世纪初,其理论日趋成熟,实践中形 成了各具特点的培训模式。职业教育和培训成为増强企业竞争力,乃至增强综 合国力的有利手段。 摘 要 -一个企业的 培训体系至少由培训需求分析体系、确定培训计划体系、实施 培训体系、培训评估体系四个部分组成。其中,培训需求分析体系是一切培训 开始的基础,培训计划的确定体系是培训体系的核心,实施培训体系是培训体 系的关键,培训评估体系是保障。 本文通过对 CAC 公司的培训实践进行研究,肯定了其工作成就。认为公司 培训工作整体水平不高,仍然处于摸索阶段,存在的主要问题是:培训需求不 明确;培训设置不合理;监督手段不利和沟通渠道单一 ; 培训评估
6、机制不健全; 培训成果转化环境的缺乏。在此基础上提出了如何提升公司员工培训效果的构 想。重点侧重于健全培训需求分析体系和培训效果评估体系。 全文共分为五部分。本文首先对企业员工培训的基本理论进行了研究,具 体分析了 CAC 公司人力资源培训管理的实践,得出其培训的经验和存在的问题, 进而提出了企业如何进行有效培训的构想 = 第 -部分:介绍了本文研究的意义,国内外企业培训管理的现状以及研究的 目标、方法和思路。 第二部分:现代企业员工培训的基本理论。阐述了培训的涵义、培训与教育 开发的区别,培训的作用、 S 的、原则以及现代企业员工培训的系统理论。 第三部分:研究了 CAC 公司的培训管理流程
7、。 第四部分:总结了该企业培训管理的经验和存在的主要问题。 第五部分:提出现代企业如何提升培训效果的构想。 本文旨在提供一套培训管理及操作系统给公司人力资源管理人员参考,并 对中国企业人力资源培训与开发的相关问题进行一些探讨。 关键词 :员工培训;培训需求;培训评估;培训管理 ; Abstract Current enterprises faced with three competitive challenges: Globalization challenge, quality challenge and high achievements work system challenge. Speaking of the country, the education and training may improve nationars overall quality, thus makes the contribution for the economical
10、 growth; Organizes speaking of the enterprise, training may seek out talent on potential, displays the talented person to affect, builds the enterprise the core competitive ability, serves for the organization goal realization; Speaking of the staff individual, training may make the staff to renew t
11、he idea, grasp the new technology, to adapt organizations higher request, deal with the challenge work. The text takes CAC Corporation as an example, uses the fundamental research to add the case research the method, takes trains the flow management as the master line, has carried on the analysis an
12、d the discussion to Chinese enterprise human resources training and the development. The function of enterprise trains displays in: Enhances the work achievements; Enhances the feeling satisfies and the security level; Establishes the outstanding entexprise culture and the image. The training goal l
13、ies in: Strengthens staffs occupational ethics; Raises the specialized level; Sharpens the working ability. The training total principle includes: Training must adapt enterprises realistic demand; Training must support the enterprise the goal; Training should be one kind of management; The training
14、management must have the unity and the scientific nature; Training carry on for obtaining the ideal behavior consequence ; Training should serves for staffs self-development and the occupation development. The training n principle of equality includes: Will process the enterprise in the near future
15、the goal and the long term strategic relations; Must achieve studies for the purpose of application; Must pay attention to the principle which the adult studies; Training is CEO!s important responsibility; Must pay attention to the individual differences; Pay attention to the training effect the fee
16、dback and the training result strengthening; Must pay great attention to drive principle. There are differences between the two concepts: training and education. Training is a process of teaching the necessary basic skills to do their jobs. Education is social activity by teaching, inducting or acqu
17、iring knowledge, views and skills. It emphasizes a domain and a discipline elementary knowledge and skill. Training aims at some specific work and the occupation; Education pursues goal profounder and more widespread. Training mostly emphasizes actual effect; Education emphasizes individual long ter
18、m develops. Training starts at the beginning of 20th century in the western nations. Their theory is day by day improved, and in the practice they have formed characteristic training patterns. The vocational education and trains is good methods of enhancing enterprise competitive abilities and even
19、strengthening comprehensive national advantageous. Enterprise training system at least is composed of the training demand analysis system, the determination training plan system, the implementation training system, the training appraisal system four parts. Among them, the training demand analysis sy
20、stem is the foundation which all training starts, the training plan definite system is the core of the system, the implementation training system is the key of the system, training appraised system is the safeguard. This text adopts and carries on research the training practice of CAC Company. It ha
21、s achieved a lot on training. The author thinks the companys training integral level is not high, still at the stage of fumbling. The subject problems existing are: the demand of the train indeterminate; the set up of the training unreasonable; the communication channel is unitary; Training appraise

On this basis, the text has proposed countermeasure and suggestion of promotion company staffs training result.
