9、炉区域EPC总承包工程 1#高炉工程2.安拆单位:唐山雪龙建筑机械设备租凭有限公司3.施工地点:河钢 1#高炉4.参数:SS100/100施工升降机,额定载重量为1000kg/1000kg,额定提升速度为 1518m/min,最大提升高度为 96m。该电梯的坐标在主控楼,地耐力160KPA,符合电梯安装要求。第一道锚固高度为6 米,以后每隔 9 米一道锚固,锚固以上悬高不得超过9 米,该电梯中心距建筑物为2.5 米,锚固时锚固杆与水平线的夹角不得大于八度,并用锚固杆调整电梯的垂直度,电梯导轨架垂直度要求应控制在千分之一。5.依据:(1)SS100/100升降机使用说明书(2)建筑卷扬机安全规程
10、(GB13329-91)(3)建筑机械使用安全技术规定JGJ33-2001(4)施工升降机安全规则GB10055-2007(5)施工升降机检验规则GB10053 及说明书的规定(6)建筑施工安全技术同意规范二、升降机定位升降机现场定位主要坚持以下几个原则:1.尽量使升降机距离建筑物越近越好,以利于整机的稳定。2.升降机的运动部件与建筑物和固定施工设备(如脚手架等)之间的最小安全距离不得小于250mm。三、场地要求1.工地必须为升降机安装使用的运输车辆、起重汽车吊预留行驶路线。2.安装现场场地平整无暗沟、防空洞、电缆沟等地下设施。3.运输路线要求足够宽、安装场地要求压实、平整,在开始安装升降机时

18、5 ZV4L9U10G1G71#高炉施工升降机安拆设计方案4/8 四、人员组织1.现场负责人:马宝利2.拆装人员:邹立民朱兴国 敬强 庞宝虎 秦永军3.指挥 司索:王丽静4.电工:王小银五、升降机基础施工及其他准备1.升降机安装前必须清理现场,为升降机放置、拼装预留足够的场地,为汽车吊、运输车辆预留位置和路线,作业前设立围挡,以利于安装。2.选择基础时,应考虑地面具有一定承载能力,同时还要考虑建筑物附着点多能承受的最大作用力,本机最大附着力为4t,事先应在建筑物上留好附着预埋孔。3.根据施工现场情况,升降机的基础采用已经浇注完的零层混凝土楼板上,在 K-J 轴,1-2,10-11线范围内靠近
19、2 线,10 线边框梁的位置设置施工升降机一台,底座所在的地下库顶板厚300mm,砼强度为 C30。4.必要的辅助设备:5 吨以上汽车吊或塔吊一台,经纬仪一台。5.现场供电状况良好,保证足够的供电容量。六、安装程序1.底盘,护栏的安装A 首先将底盘安装到位,将地脚螺栓穿过底盘孔与基础预留孔连接,并用标准节底对接管口的水平度,并塞实底盘下的空隙,拧紧地脚螺栓(注意此连接螺栓的防锈处理,如加入黄油)。B.将侧围栏与底盘相连接,依次连接好后围栏、边围栏,然后装好电源柜门框,并且安围栏螺栓。C.用塔吊装外笼门(注意因吊点不正确导致外笼门变形),与塔吊指挥协调好注意事项。D.固定所有外笼螺栓,安装好外笼
20、对重滑道,调整整套外笼水平。E.把电缆滑车分左、右安装于底盘上,并安装好第一条工字形滑车轨道。F.用塔吊加装两个标准节并拧紧标准节螺栓。G.安装好外笼门支撑并调整好适合吊放吊笼尺寸。H.安装好缓冲弹簧底座,并加入缓冲弹簧。2.吊笼的安装A.准备好塔吊,4 人以上配合,注意吊笼吊点平衡锁扣锁好,适合吊装环境,指挥塔吊平衡起吊。B.塔吊平衡摆至外笼上部(离基础面约 5 米高度)平缓下放并缓慢套入标准节内,吊笼套入标准节时注意吊笼下放过程中的方位位置,使其安全平稳放在缓冲弹簧|精.|品.|可.|编.|辑.|学.|习.|资.|料.*|*|*|*|欢.|迎.|下.|载.第 4 页,共 8 页文档编码:C
