9、司共有 44 名员工,大专以上学历28 人,占 64%,公司员工平均年龄 26 岁,从以上可以看出公司拥有一支较年轻的团队,一线人员素质在业界属于高等水平,员工流动性大,公司凝聚力、吸引力较高。1.2 公司领导十分关注人员的成长与发展,但鉴于人才市场日益严峻以及自身培训体系的欠缺,如不引起重视并逐步解决,很难应对未来的各项挑战。1.3 近年来,随着电梯市场的迅速崛起,电梯公司之间的竞争日益激烈,这就要求各部门提高服务意识,提升服务水平,改善服务质量,打造高素质的服务团队。体现主动性和工作的深度,开展系统全面的服务。要建立相应的工作程序,体现规范化、专业化水平,强化本公司的信誉度。1.4 公司目
10、前各项工作有待进一步细化与深化,很多工作程序需要优化与改进,员工制度化、程序化、标准化意识淡薄,团队精神与协同观念不强,各级管理人员管理技能与领导水平有待提高。1.5 公司培训工作虽然一直开展,但未建立相关培训体系,且培训对象及培训师资投入不够,培训效果评估也未落到实处。1.6 公司虽参加外部培训机构的培训课程,但频率过低,很多好的内容未在公司进行再转化与再传播,以至培训效果无法深化与量化。1.7 公司领导虽倡导员工通过不断学习与培训来提高个人综合素质与能力,力求在公司内部打造学习型企业,形成学习型团队。但效果不明显,没有切实的行动计划。员工的全面培训工作并没有展开。文档编码:CT4Z8F4Q

18、助他们度过适应期。2.3 2014年要提高员工的职业意识与职业素养,提升其主动积极的工作态度与团队合作与沟通的能力,增强敬业精神与服务观念,加强其专业水准。2.4 2014年要针对公司管理人员的管理水平、领导能力等问题开展中层管理人员管理技能提升培训,计划以外训带动内训,坚持培训内容以通用管理理论为主,坚持培训目的以提高管理技能为主,坚持培训方式以加强互动交流为主,以不断提升中层管理人员的管理能力与领导水平。2.5 对于新入司员工,2014 年力争在一个月内对他们 新进员工入司培训,培训内容包括公司简介、企业文化、公司规章制度、员工日常行为规范、服务标准等,让新进员工能快速融入公司环境。2.6
