23、5M4 ZZ9S6Q5E3A1文档编码:CC2R5R8Z7P2 HF9Z8F8C5M4 ZZ9S6Q5E3A1文档编码:CC2R5R8Z7P2 HF9Z8F8C5M4 ZZ9S6Q5E3A15/58 7、为保证孔底水下砼质量,贮斗内砼的初存量必须满足首次灌注时导管底端埋入砼中1.0M 以上,随着砼面的上升,适当提升和拆卸导管,但导管底端埋入管外砼面以下不得小于2.0M。严禁把导管底端提出砼面。在砼灌注过程中,应设专人经常测量导管的埋深及管内外砼面的高差。8、本工程大直径钻孔灌桩的充盈系数不得不于1.10,灌注时,应定时用浮标或测锤测定砼面高度,根据所灌砼的用量,检查整个桩长范围内各段桩身的充盈
24、系数。9、控制最后一次灌注量,桩身砼灌注标高应高于设计桩顶标高1.5M,开挖基槽后将高出设计桩顶标高的砼凿去,凿去后的桩顶砼强度应达到设计值。10、钢筋笼在制作、运输和安装过程中应采取适当措施,防止出现不可恢复的扭转,弯曲等变形。安放钢筋笼时,须保持垂直,若已变形,须校正后再放入孔内。起吊时,钢筋笼要对准孔位,吊直扶稳,缓缓下沉,避免碰撞孔壁。同时在钢筋笼的同边须设置保护块。钢筋笼起吊吊筋采用 214。11、钻孔灌注桩施工时,对每根桩的定位、孔深、孔径、沉渣厚度、钢筋笼规格、焊接质量、砼充盈系数等均应有记录,并进行隐蔽工程验收,对钻孔灌注桩的各主要工序必须有详细的原始记录。四、工程地质根据勘察
