9、程3.11 钢构件的油漆涂装第四章、安全措施一、工程概况1工程名称:綦江永和工业有限公司新建厂区二期一号厂房工程2工程地点:重庆市綦江区桥河工业园区3工程简介:本工程为单层钢结构工业建筑,钢柱、主梁均采用H 型钢;墙面屋面均采用双层钢板加保温棉;基础为框架柱基础,与柱连接为地锚螺栓连接。厂房全长长为108米,宽为 60米,檐口高度为 10.8m;人字形坡屋面,排水坡度为1:20。二、编制依据(一)本钢结构工程制作应遵循下列施工规范:1.钢结构工程施工质量验收规范(GB 50205-2001)2.建筑钢结构焊接规程(JGJ 81-2002)(二)本钢结构工程材料应遵循下列材料规范:1.碳素结构钢

18、6)12.钢结构用高强度大六角头螺母(GB/T 1229-2006)13.钢结构用高强度垫圈(GB/T 1230-2006)14.钢结构用高强度大六角头、螺栓、螺母、垫圈技术条件(GB/T 1231-2006)第二章、图纸深化设计2.1 概述本工程钢梁主材采用Q345B 钢材,钢柱及钢梁主要为H 型钢梁,支撑等次构件为主要圆管,所以工厂焊接工作量较大且对焊接要求较高。因此,本工程钢结构的深化设计的核心任务是在充分理解原设计意图、符合相关规范标准及保证结构安全的前提下,结合具体的制作加工及焊接工艺,为保证整个工程的制作精度及焊接质量,对节点构造进行详细合理的工艺设计,保证整个结构的工艺实现。为此
