1、第 3 章 单个继电器检验3.1 电流继电器实验教学目的:掌握电磁型电流继电器实验方法以及调整复习旧课:调整电流整定值的方法;返回系数意义及调整。教学内容:电流继电器实验1、检验目的(1)熟悉 DL 系列电流继电器的构造;(2)掌握电流继电器检验方法和步骤;(3)熟悉即电器内部结构。2、检验方法和步骤(1)机械部分检查转轴活动部分检查、舌片与电磁铁间隙的检查、弹簧的检查与调整、触点的检查与调整轴承与轴尖的检查。(2)动作电流和返回电流的检验检验接线如图所示。1)将线圈串联,整定在某一数值上,调整电阻置最大位置或调压器置最小位置。2)合上 QK,然后调节输出加入继电器电流,直至继电器动作,重复三
2、次,并记录。3)再增大电流,然后减小输入电流,直至继电器返回。根据返回值与动作值,即可求出返回系数。要求:每次测量值与整定值误差不超过,否则应检查轴承和轴尖。4)调定值放在其它位置,重复检验。(3)返回系数调整影响返回系数的因数较多,如轴尖的光洁度、轴承清洁情况、静触点位置等。影响较为显著的是舌片端部与磁极间的间隙和舌片的位置。改变舌片的起始角和终止角。改变舌片起始角可改变动作电流,改变终止角可改变返回电流;变更舌片两端的弯曲程度以改变与磁极间的距离,也能达到调整返回系数的目的;适当调整触点压力也能改变返回系数。(4)动作电流调整调整弹簧反作用力;改变绕组连接方式;改变舌片位置;继电器在最小刻

18、太小,应检查弹簧的软、硬程度,或衔铁与钢套是否摩擦,有问题应进行适当的调整或更换。(3)动作时间的检验;(4)动作时间的调整。当实际的时限与刻度值不符时,可转动刻度盘的位置以满足要求,若动作时间长,可将刻度盘顺时针方向移一个角度;当最大刻度值与定值不符时,调整钟表结构中的轴承螺丝或调整钟摆上的平衡锤以及调整钟表弹簧的支架位置。注意事项:不带附加电阻的继电器不允许长时间通电;电秒表为精密仪器,检验时必须按规定使用。3、检验接线成果:检验结束必须写出检验报告;报告内容必须包括:检验目的、要求,动作电压和返回电压调整方法,动作时间的调整。3.4 中间继电器实验教学目的:掌握中间继电器实验方法以及调整
