17、R10X10K4 HJ4W2I2W5J2 ZK10J9C2F8G2文档编码:CY9A2R10X10K4 HJ4W2I2W5J2 ZK10J9C2F8G2文档编码:CY9A2R10X10K4 HJ4W2I2W5J2 ZK10J9C2F8G2南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要电力电子产品的广泛应用,对电网造成了严重的谐波污染。这使得功率因数校正技术成为电力电子研究的热点之一。九十年代以来,功率因数校正技术取得了长足的进展,提出了许多新颖的功率因数校正原理及拓扑结构。随着高速度、廉价的数字信号处理器的出现,数字控制技术与功率因数校正技术的结合为后者提供了更强有力的手段和方法。本文对 Boost电路的功
18、率因数校正技术进行了分析和研究。第一章为绪论,主要介绍了功率因数校正技术以及数字信号处理器的发展情况,说明了课题的研究背景和目的。第二章分为两部分,其一是电感电流断续模式的功率因数校正技术,分析了其工作原理,推导了DCM 约束关系和电感参数设计公式,基于MC56F8013 芯片制作了一台原理样机;其二,对由模拟控制芯片实现的临界连续工作模式的功率因数校正方法进行了设计与实验验证。第三章介绍了 DSP芯片的产生发展以及本文采用的DSP芯片的基本性能,详细叙述了由该芯片实现的数字功率因数校正技术和方法,并进行了实验验证。第四章着重介绍基于DSP 的具有软开关的功率因数校正技术,并给出实验结果与分析
