1、摘要现如今,越来越多的人成为了有车一族,而随着小汽车数量和房价不断飙升,停车难这一社会问题越来越凸显,而立体车库的出现必然可以缓解这样趋势,不仅节约了宝贵的土地资源,减少能耗,绿色环保,也让停车变得方便。停车方式也从单一的平面式转向立体式,相较以往更加合理,最大化的利用了土地,在停车场设计方面更是一次巨大的进步。本设计在国外已经有三四十年的发展史,已经日臻完善,也是未来发展的一个趋势。本设计,发扬了垂直循环式立体停车设备的优势,以其搭配灵活,占地面积小等特点,作为本次研究的对象。在本设计中提出了整个车库系统的传动结构、框架结构、车笼的尺寸等。并设计了链轮、传动轴、车笼、主框架和传动齿轮等,选用
2、了输送链、电机、减速器等,确定了所有设计零件的材料及加工精度。关键词:垂直循环;立体停车设备;紧凑;节约;机械设计第 1 页,共 36 页Abstract Nowadays,more and more people become car owners,and as the number of cars and housing prices soaring,parking is difficult in this society more and more prominent,and the inevitable emergence of three-dimensional garage can
3、 alleviate this trend,not only saves valuable land resources,reduce energy consumption,environmental protection,but also to become convenient parking.Parking manner from a single three-dimensional plane steering,more reasonable compared to the past,to maximize the use of the land,in the parking lot
4、design is a huge step forward.The design in foreign countries have a history of three or four years,it has been improving,a trend also in the future.This design,promote the advantages of vertical circulation parking equipment,with its mix of flexible,small footprint,etc.,as the object of this study.
