1、1 预 制 梁 板 安 全 技 术 交 底 书工程名称121 省道宿迁双沟至靳桥段改建扩建工程施工单位安徽开源路桥有限责任公司施工部位上部结构预制空心板交底日期2013 年 3 月 5 日交底内容:一、工程概况我标段共有 120 片 16 米,,120 片 60 米预应力砼空心板梁,采用先张法施工。二、施工工艺及施工方案施工工艺:清理台座、涂脱模剂安放钢筋、钢绞线预应力钢筋制作搅拌混凝土安放两端锚夹具调整初应力准备锚夹具绑扎箍筋、构造钢筋张拉钢绞线安放预埋件等标定张拉机具安放侧模板模板涂刷脱模剂浇捣混凝土制作砼试块先张梁养护模板拆除施工前的准备预应力的放张清理锚夹具压试块移梁、存梁作业继续养护
2、预制梁2 一、施工准备1、制作张拉台座:对原地面进行翻晒,然后用推土机进行初步推平,回填、硬化并整平、压路机碾压密实。台座部位浇筑25cm 厚素砼,并预埋角钢。台座采用长线式张拉台座。现已完成 2 个长线式张拉台座,长108 米。、张拉装置:张拉装置由放张楔块、张拉活动横梁、YCD-2000千斤顶及 ZB4-50 电动油泵、QYCW-270 千斤顶及 ZB4-500 型油泵等组成。张拉设备首次使用前必须进行校检,千斤顶使用超过6 个月或 200次,以及在使用过程中出现不正常现象时,也要重新校准。每台千斤顶和压力表必须配套使用,且同时校准。严禁与其它千斤顶互换,压力表精度不低于 1.5 级。推算
3、出千斤顶张拉力与油表读数的关系式。标定合格后,检查活动横梁、放张砂箱、固定横梁、千斤顶等的相对位置是否符合设计要求,以及锚具夹片是否符合标准要求。、材料准备:边模和中模模板及内模采用整体钢模,由模板厂专门加工,运至现场后应检查模板是否到达设计要求,不符合要求的坚决不能使用。钢筋钢铰线在装运及储存时应严格保护,严防受到物理损害、腐蚀和污染。产品质量证书和试验合格证齐全,现场抽检应到达设计要求。砂、石子、水泥经检验符合标准要求后方可使用,砼配合比经试验到达设计要求并应经监理认可后方可使用。二、施工方法1、清理台座、涂脱模剂清除底模上覆的所有杂物,并擦拭干净,均匀涂刷脱模剂。对于底模缺损的部位及时进

11、10C3M5Y5E7 ZC8A1U9K7O13 钢绞线下料长度的计算:对于检验合格并经监理工程师认可的钢绞线,根据台座长度、夹具长度、穿心式千斤顶的长度、钢模板伸出端板至锚固板之间的距离、模板的厚度确定钢绞线的下料长度,用切割机或砂轮锯切断钢绞线。钢绞线的下料长度:L0=L+L1+L2式中:L0 钢绞线的下料长度,L 长线台座的长度 54 米L1 千斤顶的长度 0.3*2=0.6米L2 横梁宽度 0.54*2=1.08米L0 预应力钢绞线端部,在与工具锚接触的部位,应清除浮锈,防止张拉时打滑,如果预应力筋外表已经形成降低强度与延伸率的腐蚀坑,则不能使用,以防张拉时产生脆断飞出伤人,防止张拉锚固
12、后,降低预应力钢绞线的强度储备(安全系数).钢绞线的下料采用砂轮锯切割,砂轮锯片为增强型,以防加热降低钢绞线的机械性能,严禁用电焊机切割,否则张拉部位进入受力区,张拉时钢绞线出现大量的断丝.、钢绞线的安装就位:预应力筋的铺设应在台面上的隔离剂干燥之后进行,隔离剂要求具有良好的隔离效果,不能影响砼与钢绞线的粘接力,如钢绞线遭受污染,应使用适当的溶剂加以清刷干净。钢绞线的铺设和下料同时进行,以提高工效。把按设计的失效塑料管截好并编号,分别放在每片板梁的两端,拉伸钢绞线的同时穿上失效管。调整各相邻钢绞线的位置,根据编号使其准确就位,将其联接在两端横梁的连接器上,同时穿入预留孔内。注分丝板设在活动横梁

20、安装:锚具、夹片在使用前进行外观、硬度和静载试验的检查,对不合格的产品严禁使用,安装时要求准确到位锚夹具只允许张拉前安装。锚板端口要求清理干净,如已生锈则应进行除锈;夹片要求保持清洁和良好的润滑状态,新的工具夹片第一次使用前,要求在夹片反面涂上润滑脂,以后每使用510 次,应将锚板连同夹片一同卸下,向锚板的锥形孔中重新涂上一层润滑剂,以防夹片在退楔时卡住。在施工过程中应经常检查锚板内的夹片是否有损伤,如有损伤则立即更换,以防钢绞线产生滑移飞出伤人。5、钢绞线的张拉A、张拉设备的选用、检验:张拉装置由放张楔块、张拉活动横梁、YCD-2000 千斤顶及 ZB4-50 电动油泵、QYCW-270 千
21、斤顶及 ZB4-500 型油泵等组成。张拉设备在施用前按要求进行检验标定,张拉机具派专人使用和管理,并按要求经常进行维护、定期校验,一般规定超过6 个月或使用 200 次以上及使用过程中出现不正常现象都需要进行检验。B、张拉应力控制:a、砂箱锁定:选用冲洗过的中粗砂晒干后平均分成两份,分别填满砂箱并用人工捣固密实,然后测出砂箱长度。b、张拉:以板梁中心线为轴线,采用张拉力和伸长量双控法控制,钢绞线张拉以油压表应力控制为主,张拉伸长值做校核。初始张拉应力为控制应力的10%,然后在钢铰线上做好测量标记,依次将张拉力提高到控制张拉力,及时记录数据,然后将张拉力加大到控制应力并持荷2分钟,用夹片锚固,
