1、1/6 液气压传动与控制课程教案大纲课程中文名称:液气压传动与控制课程英文名称:Hydrpenumatic&Control 课程类别:专业基础课程编号:0803102018 课程归属单位:机械工程学院制定时间:2007年 7 月一、课程的性质、任务一)课程的性质和任务本课程是机械类各专业的一门专业基础课,主要内容包括液压传动、气压传动和伺服控制等。其目的是使学生在已有的基本知识的基础上,掌握液气压传动与控制技术方面的基本理论、基本原理及特点和应用方面的知识,以便具有阅读分析、合理选择使用和设计液气压传动与控制系统的能力。本课程的任务主要是让学生在掌握液气压传动这项专门技术的同时,为后续的相关课
2、程机械加工设备、机电传动与控制、工业机器人、铸造机械化、金属与塑料成形设备、模具制造工艺及设备、农业机械等专业课程提供必要的液气压传动及控制技术基础。二)课程的基本要求1、掌握液气压传动与控制的流体力学基础和应用范围。2、掌握液气压传动与控制的基本原理、组成和特点。了解液压油的性能和选用原则。3、了解各种标准液气压元件的工作原理、结构特点、工作性能及应用范围,并能根据要求正确选用和使用。4、掌握缸的结构特点、工作性能和设计计算方法。5、了解辅助元件的类型、工作原理及应用。6、掌握各种基本回路的特点,在进行液压系统设计时,能根据工艺要求合理选用。7、了解液压伺服控制系统原理及应用。8、能根据工艺
