1、单元七发动机排放不正常故障检修教学内容发动机尾气的故障检修计划学时2 教学目标掌握发动机尾气排放不正常的原因教学重难点冒蓝烟故障的原因及排除教学方法理论讲解,PPT 演示教学过程设计教学步骤:1、复习提问、引出本讲实验内容2、教学讲解3、穿插提问4、归纳总结5、布置作业教学内容:一、冒黑烟冒黑烟是柴油发动机常见的故障,对于电喷汽油机可能是喷油过多,燃烧不完全;火花塞老化,点火强度低,造成燃烧不完全,请更换火花塞。对于柴油机冒黑烟故障产生的影响因素1、供油系统问题(1)喷油提前角不正确;(2)喷油泵柱塞或出油阀磨损严重;(3)喷油器(嘴)问题;(4)喷油泵调速器有问题;(5)喷油泵供油量太大。2
2、、燃烧系统问题(1)汽缸压缩压力不足;(2)气门间隙不对。3、进气系统问题(1)空气滤质量问题;(2)进气管阻力问题;(3)进气温度过高问题;4、排气系统问题(1)消声器问题;(2)排气管阻力问题;5、其它因素(1)燃油质量问题;(2)环境因素问题;(3)设备匹配问题。二、冒白烟1、缸体,发动机气缸中有沙眼裂纹;2、冲床,汽缸体水套中的冷却水进入燃烧室炽热而成;3、燃油质量,汽油中有水。发动机排出灰白色的废气,说明有部分燃油因机温过低、油气雾化不良、燃油来不及燃烧就从排气管中排出。出现这种现象的原因主要有:(1)如喷油时间过迟,喷油器喷油时有滴漏,喷射压力过低,雾化不良,在机温过低时来不及燃烧

11、损的零配件。(3)活塞环失去作用。如活塞环弹性不足,被积碳卡死在环槽内,或各环口处于同一直线上,或油环回油孔堵塞,都会引起机油大量窜入燃烧室燃烧,出现排放蓝烟。处理办法是,拆下活塞环,清除积碳,重布各环口(上、下环口建议错开180),必要时更换活塞环。(4)气门和导管间隙过大。由于磨损,造成两者之间隙过大,在进气时,摇臂室内机油被大量吸入燃烧室燃烧,处理办法是更换磨损的气门和导管。(5)造成冒蓝烟的其它原因。若机油过稀、机油压力过高,发动机未磨合好,均会造成机油燃烧而冒蓝烟。课后作业:发动机冒蓝烟的原因有哪些?文档编码:CD1D3T6W2P8 HQ2Z4M2J4R10 ZL6D6D10N4K9
