1、初二生物第二学期计划初二生物第二学期计划一、教材分析本学期教学内容包括生物的繁殖、生物的遗传和变异、生命的起源与进化、现代生物技术、生物与环境的关系、生态系统、人类与自然界的协调发展,共7 章,内容较上一个学期少了一些,探究实验减少了一些,增加了观察和思考,科学技术栏目。增加了学生的阅读量,扩大了知识面。二、教学目标1、全面提高学生的科学素养为宗旨,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。3继续探究试教过程中新的教学模式,积极吸取上一年的“课改”经验,继续收集和整理相关的资料,固化“课改”新成果,并完成好相关的课题。4.继续研究和推广校本教研的内涵和经验,充分调动教师们的积极性,发辉学校教研组群体优势,

20、很大的进步,对语文的兴趣较浓,对基础知识和潜力掌握较好,能主动学习。大部分孩子的语言表达潜力较强,能说完整话,但仍然需要老师常规的管理。这些学生原先所处的教育环境、家族状况各异,行为习惯和知识基础相差较大,给老师的管理带来困难。大部分学生还没有掌握正确的学习方法,不能做到眼到、口到、心到,基本都是小和尚念经有口无心整体看,这些学生身上虽然存在着个别学生纪律涣散,自私、娇气等缺点,卫生、学习、行为等还没有养成良好习惯,但天真、热情、有上进心,在教师的正确引导下,必须会养成良好习惯,成为一个真正的小学生,为进入二年级打下良好的基础。本班大部分学生上课遵守纪律,能认真听讲,有4、5 个同学注意力不集
