1、发动机水温过高的维修经验总结题目发动机水温过高的维修经验总结学 生 姓 名工 作 单 位指 导 教 师xxx 有限责任公司论文时间:2014 年 7 月摘要汽车发动机在工作时会产生大量的热,必需要有一套冷却系统对其进行冷却,当汽车在使用一段时期后,冷却系统容易发生毛病,造成发动机水温高,影响发动机正常工作。由于造成发动机水温高的原因较多,故障的隐蔽性强,使在维修过程中难以入手,本文针对发动机冷却系统工作特点,结合自己的工作实践经验,总结出一些方法、步骤,能更快排除发动机水温高的故障。关键词:水温高冷却系统故障循环不良散热不良前言:野外施工车辆行驶的地表复杂,环境气候恶劣。增加了车辆的损坏。汽车

9、速通过散热器,把热量带走,冷却后的水流到散热器的底部,经水泵再次泵入发动机水道内,如此不断循环,保证机件不断地得到冷却。通过对冷却系工作原理的分析,结合实际情况细心观察,总结以下引起发动机水温高的原因。(一)由于冷却水的不足而造成水温高。从冷却系的工作原理中知道,冷却水是热量传递的介质,通过流动把热量带走。如果冷却系统内冷却水不足,就会影响热量的传递和流动效率,这是造成发动机水温高最基本、最常见的原因,因此在遇到发动机水温高时,首先看看是否因为缺水引起的。1、最常见的缺水就是冷却水的泄漏。通常因为管路老化、散热器(水箱)的老化、水箱盖密封不严、水泵密封水封的失效而引起漏水。还有一些缸体外部有裂
10、纹、缸盖、缸体上的水堵因腐蚀而漏水。2、因气缸垫密封不严引起的缺水。当气缸垫冲坏后,会造成密封不严,使水道与油道、气道相通,当水道与油道相通,冷却水通过气缸垫进入机油道,或者机油会滲进水道,而当水道与气道相通,使冷却系统内压力过高,冷却水从水箱盖处泄漏出来,这样都会使冷却水愈来愈少水温就高了。判断是否冲气缸垫的基本方法是打开水箱盖,着车检查水箱口是否有大量气泡冒出来,或拔出机油尺会看到乳白色的油水混合物、打开水箱盖会看飘着油渍。通常气缸垫冲坏的原因是气缸垫质量不好或缸盖的平面度超过0.05mm。要注意,很多时候,冲气缸垫只是表面现象、是水温高的结果,所以遇到这样的情况一定要查找冲气缸垫的原因,

18、2K8 ZF3G4S1I4B1图 2 散热器的构造发动机出来的热水进入到上水室8,流到散热器芯 6 到下水室 2,冷却后的水再被送到发动机水道并继续循环。而散热器芯上有很多散热片,为的就是增加散热面积,使热量快速地散发出去。车辆使用一段年限以后,散热片外部会沾有很多泥土,小枝叶,油污会使散热不良,引起水温高。用适当压力的水冲洗,会看到流出来的水是有很多泥水、小枝叶很脏的,注意水压不能太大,否则会把散热片打歪、打坏。一般来说,热车后上水管的水温达90 度左右,经过散热器散热后流到下水管时只有70 多度,据此可以判断散热器的散热效果如何。2、散热风扇的作用是增大流经散热器的空气流量和流速。常见的散
