1、机电接口技术作业答案作业一一、概念解释1.集成稳压器用半导体工艺与薄膜工艺将稳压电路中的二极管、三极管、电阻、电容等元件制作在同一半导体或绝缘基片上,形成具有稳压功能的集成电路。2.极限参数就是反映集成稳压器所能承受的最大的安全工作的条件。3.工作参数反映集成稳压器能够正常工作的范围与必需的条件。4.质量参数反映器件基本特性的参数。5.DC/DC:利用调制技术将直流信号调制成调制脉冲信号,然后经过脉冲变压器隔离,再将脉冲变压器的输出信号经过整流滤波,最后输出隔离后的直流电压。6.干扰来源以脉冲的形式进入控制系统,干扰窜入系统的渠道有3 条,空间干扰、过程通道干扰、供电系统干扰。7.接地设计的接
