1、学习文档仅供参考吊装施工作业指导书付春明尚德政审批:于小四中铁七局集团电务工程苏州轨道交通 2 号线延伸线供电系统安装工程项目部二 O一四年四月学习文档仅供参考吊装施工作业指导书1、编制目的苏州轨道交通 2 号线延伸线全部为地下线路,在供电系统工程实施过程中存在大量的变电所设备变压器、开关柜等、线盘电缆盘、接触线盘、汇流排等笨重、长大物资需要由地面吊运至隧道内施工现场,为对吊装施工的作业安全进行有效控制,防止安全生产事故发生,提高施工作业效率,特制订本作业指导书。2、适用范围适用于本工程范围内的变压器、开关柜、电缆盘、接触线盘、汇流排等大型设备材料及其它零小材料采用轮胎式汽车吊自地面向隧道内施

9、学习文档仅供参考4、部门职责4.1 工程技术部:负责吊装方案的编制及配套安全技术措施制定、交底及实施;4.2 物资设备部:负责组织技术状况良好、性能参数满足吊装方案要求的吊装设备及具备相应资质的操作人员进场。4.3 安质环保部:参与吊装方案的制定,负责对设备性能、操作人员资质及能力、安全技术措施落实等工作进行检查确认。4.4 施工班组:负责安全技术措施的现场实施及吊装作业的实施。5、吊装方案的编制施工组织对吊装施工的进度要求;施工现场条件:包括道路交通、场地情况、吊装高度、障碍物情况空中电线、地下管沟、照明情况、市政管理要求等;吊装物特性:被吊装设备构件的设计图纸及重量、外形尺寸、中心位置、吊
