1、1 大唐企业文化学习中国大唐集团公司行为识别系统一、企业形象定位(一)企业形象求真务实诚信守约释义:“求真务实”是指集团公司说真话、动真格、求真理,按客观规律办事,重实情、干实事、求实效。“诚信守约”是指集团公司真诚对待客户、忠诚对待事业、坦诚对待友人,遵纪守法,恪守承诺,规范运作。(二)领导人形象内有亲和力外有影响力释义:“内有亲和力”是指集团公司的高层管理者具备较高的专业素质和文化素养,待人真诚、友善,在员工中有较强的亲和力和感召力。“外有影响力”是指集团公司的高层管理者依托集团公司的影响力、信誉度以及自身的人格魅力,在行业内和社会上具有较高的知名度和影响力。(三)员工形象敬业精业团结高效
