9、0;地下一层,15#为 18 层,分两条平行线,即坑底部标高-4.45 米,室外地坪标高为1.1m左右。地质勘探显示该地域饱和水位较高,在自然地坪下2m处,该商住楼基地在自然地坪以下3.35m,最深处 6.2m,电梯井在自然地坪以下 6.2m,由于该地域的挖土方较复杂,自地表向下2.4m 是填土,2.4m7m以下属粉质粘土,由于该地段地质较平缓,水位较高,考虑采用双排轻型井点降水,降水效果为最佳,外排井点降地下4.0m以内水位,内排井点降地下4.0m 以下水位。由于该工程工期较紧,暂按单排轻型井点施工,基坑开挖后如上层降水达不到理想效果,立即采取外加 1 排井点降上层水。基坑土方开挖:因挖土方
