1、仓库盘点考核制度一、目地使盘点事务的处理有所遵循,并保证库存货物数量的准确性,仓库的库存准确率达到公司质量目标,同时明确相关人员的管理职责,特制定本制度。二,适用范围:适用于迈思所有参与盘点和库存人员三,盘点范围;存放于仓库内的所有商品盘点,含鞋,次品、辅料等。四,盘点方式;定期盘点,不定期抽点1,定期盘点,月度抽盘,季度清盘。A,月度盘点;由经理、主管于每月月末自行组织部门分管人员进行货品盘点,B,季度清盘:由商品部发出指令,财务部,仓库人员协同,于每季度进行一仓库任何货品的全面清点,由行政部组织,协同财务部仓库人员于每季度进行仓库其他物品的全面清点。2,不定期抽点:总部库存普查,经理、仓库
2、主管异动盘查。A 总部库存普查:根据总部的要求实施。B 公司抽点:公司在对盘点日期,盘点项目保密的基础上,将根据实际需要,随时指派人员抽点。C,人员异动盘查:当经理、仓库出现主管人事异动时,需进行货品,物品的清盘。五差异的处理1.原则:通过有效的激励措施,充分调动仓库每位人员及相关人员的积极性与责任性。2.盘点数据差异:为了提高盘点人员的责任心,特对盘点失误的人员进行约束。通过盘点复核,确定存在盘点错误的,包含错盘、漏盘,盘点小组内的所有人员每人次处以20 元的罚款。3.盘点盈亏差异率:季度、年度清盘以“盘点盈亏报表”上的金额为基准。盘盈/亏差异率=盘点盈亏金额/库存金额(按货品成本金额计算)
