16、抗动脉粥样硬化作用,可以常吃。2、多吃新鲜蔬菜和水果,它们含有丰富的维生素、钾、钙、纤维素等。3、节制饭量,适当吃些粗粮,少吃甜食,控制体量。4、限制食盐的摄及量。每人每天摄入食盐不超过 5 克,即一个三口之家每月用盐不超过 500 克。二、参加体力活动坚持适度的体力劳动和体育锻炼。老年人需要经常活动,才能保持健康,延年益寿。运动既要贵在坚持,但也要防止过度,根据自身条件以适度为宜。适当的体力活动因增加热量消耗而减轻体重,因增加高密度脂蛋白而降低胆固醇和血压,从而阻止动脉粥样硬化的形成。三、修身不忘养性一系列调查表明,精神紧张者冠心病发病率明显增高,应尽文档编码:CB8E7H5M10J9 HT
