9、轨道交通 2号线一期工程施工图设计-XX主体围护结构(2)XX 市轨道交通 2号线一期工程施工图设计-XX附属内部结构(3)建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ 130 2011)(4)施工所涉及的适用于明挖施工的标准、规范、规程以及国家、部委和XX 市有关安全、质量、工程验收等方面的标准及法规文件。1.2 编制范围本方案涉及的工程范围为XX市轨道交通 2 号线一期工程 XX站出入口及风亭与车站相接处地连墙破除工程。1.3 编制原则 认真贯彻国家有关工程建设的各项方针和政策,严格执行工程建设程序。严格执行有关设计、施工规范和招标文件要求,遵循建筑施工工艺及其技术规律、坚持合理的施工程序
10、和规律。在充分理解招标文件、施工设计图纸及认真踏勘现场的基础上采用安全、先进、合理、经济、可行的施工方案。严格控制施工质量、确保施工安全,努力缩短工期,降低工程成本。应用先进的管理技术,合理计划,统筹安排,突出重点,控制关键工作,实现均衡生产,连续施工。坚持优化技术方案,加强科技创新和技术攻关,应用新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备,确保分部工程全部合格。第二章 工程简况2.1 工程简介XX站有效站台中心里程:右SK11+922.364,呈南北走向。该附属结构地处XX 市松北地区,车站位于规划XX 停车场道路下方,松北大道与太阳岛中西区互通立交交叉口南约100m,平行松北大道呈西北-东南向敷设。车

18、满足日常运营时客流的正常进出站需求外,同时还兼顾了乘客的过街需要,满足过街功能。1号、3号、4号出入口及 2号出入口明挖段采用明挖顺作法施工,2号出入口过松北大道段采用顶管法施工,所有出入口均为单层箱型结构。基坑围护结构采用 600mm 厚地下连续墙+钢支撑。车站主体围护结构采用800mm 厚地下连续墙+内支撑体系,地连墙砼强度等级为C35。XX 站附属结构计划依次施工3号出入口、2号出入口、4出入口、1号出入口。其中 1号出入口破除尺寸为9.2m5.15m,2号出入口及 3号风亭破除尺寸为9.2m5.15m,3号出入口及 2号风亭破除尺寸为 36.525m7.85m,4号出入口破除尺寸为 9
19、.2m5.55m。2.2 工程地质及水文地质情况2.2.1 工程地质情况开挖土层自上而下依次为:1-1 层杂填土:灰褐色 黄褐色,松散,稍湿,由建筑垃圾、生活垃圾和黏性土组成,段落范围内均有分布,层底深度约0.57.9m,平均厚度约 4.53m。2-2-2 层粉砂:黄褐色 灰褐色,饱和,松散,成分以长石、石英为主,局部含黏性土,普遍分布于表层,层底深度约2.010.5m,平均厚度约 3.04m。2-3-2 层细砂:褐黄色灰褐色,饱和,松散稍密,成分以长石、石英为主,局部夹少量黏性土,普遍分布,层底深度约8.0 15.0m,平均厚度约3.63m。2-4-1 层中砂:褐黄色褐灰色,饱和,密实,成分
