1、20XX年骨科护理工作计划20XX 年骨科护理工作计划新一年的到来,科室条件的改善,对我们护理工作也提出了更高的要求,我们要以此为契机,狠抓护理服务质量,严格落实规章制度,加强业务、技术训练,打造一支高素质的护理队伍。围绕护理部的总体目标,骨科制定护理工作计划如下:一、突出专科特色,打造护理品牌。护理作为专业技术行业,应在机会与挑战中找到合适的位置,走专业建设之路是骨科护理工作的重中之重。科内将重点培养两名责任护士对病人进行健康知识宣教及功能锻炼指导工作,进一步完善健康教育工作及功能锻炼指导的手段和方法,采取多样形式的宣教,务求达到效果,准备逐步制定骨科常见病功能锻炼,配以彩色图画,制作成册,
2、让病人更好的理解功能锻炼的意义和方法。二、抓好质量管理。1、针对护理工作中存在的难点、焦点问题,设置工作重点,坚持把以“病人为中心”的人文护理理念融入更多的实际具体的工作细节。2、使规范化护理质量标准落到实处,渗透、贯穿、落实到每个护士全程工作中去,使护理质量管理有章可循,形成一个良性循环。从病人的角度评价护理质量,把病人的满意度作为评价护理质量的重要指标,让患者真正从质量管理中得到实惠。三、进行规范化培训。1、配合护理部,建立护士规范化培训。不同年资、能力的护士进行不同的培训,让大家养成主动学习的习惯。2、持续抓好专科知识的培训,提高护士专业素质,采取有效的学习方式:如护理业务查房、床边演示
3、,完善业务查房的形式。让有经验的老护士为新护士讲课,传授护理经验。如遇模糊概念,大家一起讨论,共同解决问题。3、针对科室常见病多发病,每月定期组织业务学习,组织科内业务学习及新进护士学习,不同层次的护士有不同的学习计划,并每月定期组织护理技能考核,每月组织护理质量分析会,护理查房一次,并不断整改,同时每月重点检查低年资护士三基学习情况,督促低年资护士加强专科学习。4、鼓励各位护士参加院内、外的培训,交流经验,学习新技术、新知识。四、整理好护理流程和告知。1、合理的护理工作流程是日常工作顺利实施的基础,我们在基础护理、专科护理、健康教育方面要有合理的工作流程,文档编码:CP6Q2H5S10E8

11、务”。提高护士的礼仪与素养,创自己的护理品牌。2、把“以病人为中心”的服务,具体到护理行为的每一个细节。建立从入院到出院每一个工作环节的标准。六、重视梯队建设,培养优秀的团队。1、发现科内护理人员的优点,利用其优点,指导其工作,发挥个人专长。2、建立团队精神,要让她们在协同工作中取得成绩,充分发挥个人力量。让每个人都参与管理,以增强其责任感和主人翁意识。七、做好信息的传达和文件的整理工作。作为护士长,要做到承上启下的桥梁作用。每次参加医院开会的第二天晨会时对内容进行传达,科室人员进行签到。对下发的文件分类进行存放,以便查阅。做到全科人员思想与医院同步,积极融入到医院文化建设中。八、开展护理成本
