1、大学生双十一购物调查报告关于大学生“双十一”狂欢网上购物行为的调查报告一、调查背景 2016 年 11 月 11 日 6 分 58 秒,双十一成交额超过100 亿。互联网尤其是移动互联网用户数量的持续快速增长在一定程度上加速了电商规模的增长。而以淘宝为首的电商均在不遗余力的借助和制造各种节日,进行一轮又一轮的促销。11 月 11 日,经过四五年的渲染,如今已经成为了购物狂欢节的代名词。2016 年双十一刚刚落下帷幕,阿里集团的数据显示,截止 11 月 11日 24 时,双十一网购狂欢节支付宝(主要是天猫和淘宝)交易额达到1207 亿,无数剁手党又一次创造了一个新的天文数字。现如今网上购物已经习

10、数据及相关资料主要通过问卷调查的方法取得,在研究方法上主要采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法。1.问卷的设计问卷由 15 个问题构成,主要涉及大学生月生活费,对双十一的看法,网购的频率,双十一购物的理由,双十一低价促销对大学生的影响,双十一预计消费金额,双十一购物的东西种类等问题。2.问卷发放及回收情况此次调查共发放问卷50 份,回收 49 份。回收率为 98%。回收率较高。调查结束后首先对回收的问卷进行了仔细的逻辑检查,随后对数据加以整理、编码,然后将数据录入计算机,利用SPSS软件对软件进行统计分析。最后得到的有效问卷记录为45,有效率为 91.8%,数据质量较好。文档编码:CJ2Q6Y8

18、学生对于网上购物的消费行为、消费心理3.了解大学生对于双十一消费热的看法与建议,帮助其树立正确的消费观七、结果与分析1.性别及职业分析本次调查参与共有27 个男生,22 个女生。分别占统计人总数的55.1%,44.9%。本次调查中在校学生共有44 名,占据统计总人数的89.8%。其余所占比例较小。2.个人月收入分析月收入在 1001-2000 元的共有 27 人,占据统计总人数的55.1%。这说明大多数大学生的月收入在1000-2000 元之间,大学生的零花钱还是不少的,这对他们在双十一网购提供了金钱的支持。月收入在1000 元以下的共有 15 人,占 30.6%。将近三分之一的大学生的零花钱
