1、成彭路雨污水管道工程井点降水施工方案编制:成彭路、汉彭路工程项目部审核:时间:精品w o r d 可编辑资料-第 1 页,共 7 页-2/7 一、现场概况莲塘路现开始进行污水管道施工,在开挖W1井位及 20 米管道沟槽后发现基底发生流砂状况,根据设计该管道基础底标高为-1.888,对照地质勘察报告说明:标高(+1.15)(-2.20)段为粘土层、标高(-2.20)(-3.52)段为亚粘土层,管道设计时未考虑到流砂对施工产生的影响,而该管道坡度为0.2%,路段中大部分管道基础标高均在-1.90-1.50之间。根据现场实际情况,为保证管道的正常铺设及满足工程的进度要求,需尽快对流砂情况进行处理,由
2、于土层渗水量大,且沟槽开挖深度较深,建议采取井点降水的施工措施来降低地下水位,使水位控制在管道基础底50 以下,具体施工方法可使用:双排轻型井点降水法或者管井降水法。(井点降水法:它是在拟建工程的基坑周围设能渗水的井点管,配置一定的抽水设备,不间断地将地下水抽走,使基坑范围内的地下水降低至设计深度。井点法防水适用于具有不同几何形状的基坑,它有克服流砂、稳定边坡的作用。由于基坑内土方干燥,有利机械化施工,缩短工期,保证工程质量与安全。)二、井点降水施工工艺(一)、双排轻型井点降水轻型井点系在基坑外围埋设井点管,深入含水层内启动抽精品w o r d 可编辑资料-第 2 页,共 7 页-文档编码:C

10、总管接通安装集水箱和排水箱开动真空泵排气,再开动离心水泵抽水测量观测地下水位变化。2、确定井点的位置,污水沟槽采用分层开挖的方法施工,首层土方开挖后沿沟槽两侧,沿台阶各布置一排井点,井点管距坑壁不应小于 1.0m,间距由 1.0-1.2m,埋深根据降水深度及含水层位置决定,但必须埋入含水层内。3、井点管埋设完毕应接通总管。总管设在井点管外侧 50处,将配好的管子逐根放入沟内,在端头法兰穿上螺栓,垫上橡胶密封圈,然后拧紧法兰螺栓,总管端部,用法兰封牢。一旦井点干管铺好后,用吸水胶管将井点管与干管连接,并用号铁丝绑牢。一组井点管部件连接完毕后,与抽水设备连通,接通电源,即可进行试抽水,检查有无漏气

18、遇地下障碍物,可以空一井点,钻下一井点。井点管滤水管部分必须埋入含水层内。B、井点使用时,正常出水规律是“先大后小,先混后清”,如不上水,或水一直较混,或出现清后又混等情况,应立即检查纠正。真空度是判断井点系统是否良好的尺度,如真空度不够,表明管道漏气,应及时修好。井点管淤塞,可通过听管内水流声,手扶管壁感到振动。如井点管淤塞太多,严重影响降水效果,应逐个用高压水反复冲洗井点管或拔出重新埋设。C、在土方开挖后,应保持降低地下水位在基底 500 以下,以防止地下水扰动地基土体。(二)、管井(深井)降水管井(深井)井点降水是在深基坑周围埋置深于基底的井管,依靠深井泵或深井潜水泵将地下水从深井内揚升
