1、1 硕士研究生入学考试管理学考试大纲本管理学考试大纲适用企业管理类硕士研究生入学考试。本科目的考试内容包括:管理与管理学,管理思想的发展,管理的基本原理,管理的基本方法,管理伦理,组织文化,管理决策,计划与计划工作,战略性计划,计划的实施,组织设计,人员配备,组织力量的整合,领导与领导者,激励,沟通,控制与控制过程,控制方法,管理的创新职能,企业技术创新,企业组织创新。要求考生能熟练掌握管理学的基本理论与方法,具有一定的分析问题与解决问题的能力。一、考试基本内容(一)总论1.管理与管理学管理的必要性,法约尔的五种职能论,赫伯特.西蒙的管理就是决策论,周三多等人认为一切管理活动的基本职能论。2.
2、管理思想的发展中国传统管理思想要点,西方传统管理思想、主要的代表人物及主要观点,西方管理思想的发展。3.管理的基本原理系统原理,人本原理,责任原理,效益原理,伦理原理。4.管理的基本方法管理的方法论,法律方法,行政方法,经济方法,教育方法,技术方法。(二)管理前提与本质1.管理伦理有关伦理的几种观点,伦理管理的特征和影响伦理的因素,改善伦理行为的途径,伦理和行为的具体体现。2.组织文化组织文化的基本特征、基本要素,组织文化的功能,塑造组织文化的主要途径3.管理决策决策的定义、原则与依据,决策的类型与特点,决策理论、过程与影响因素,决策的方法。(三)计划1.计划与计划工作计划的概念及性质,计划的
3、类型及编制过程。2.战略性计划战略性计划的概念,战略环境分析,战略选择。2 3.计划的实施目标管理,滚动计划法,网络计划技术。(四)组织1.组织设计组织设计概述,组织设计的影响因素分析,集权与分权。2.人员配备人员配备的任务、程序和原则,管理人员的选聘、考评与培训。3.组织力量的整合正式组织与非正式组织,直线与参谋。(五)领导1.领导与领导者(主要是论述)领导的性质与作用,理想的领导者与领导集体,领导方式及其理论,领导艺术。2.激励激励性质,激励理论,激励实务。3.沟通组织中的沟通,沟通的障碍及其克服,冲突与谈判。(六)控制1.控制与控制过程控制的原理,控制的要求与过程。2.控制方法预算控制、
