1、浙江工业职业技术学院日期:2009.11 NO26课题10.11 平行轴斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的强度计算目的要求1、掌握斜齿圆柱齿轮的形成和啮合特点;2、理解斜齿圆柱齿轮参数和几何尺寸计算;3、理解斜齿圆柱齿轮的当量齿数和啮合传动;4、理解斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的受力分析和强度计算。重点、难点斜齿圆柱齿轮的形成和啮合特点、几何尺寸计算、受力分析是本次课的重点,而齿轮的当量齿数的理解、啮合传动条件和强度计算有一定的难度。复习提问要点:1、斜齿圆柱齿轮传动有何特点?2、斜齿圆柱齿轮的几何参数有哪些?3、何谓当量齿数?4、斜齿轮的轴向力方向如何判断?教具、实验及教学手段教材、教案、教参等。老师讲解为主(举例、介
2、绍经验),举一反三,课后小结,布置作业。作业布置补充题:与直齿圆柱齿轮传动相比较,斜齿轮传动有何特点?教学反映上课和作业情况反映良好。课后分析本次课内容较较多,重点在斜齿圆柱齿轮的形成和啮合特点、几何尺寸计算、受力分析等,通过本次课的学习,让学生对斜齿轮的传动有更深入的了解。如传动的优点及带来的不良影响。复习提问:1、齿轮的失效形式及设计准则2、齿轮常用的材料及热处理3、齿轮材料的许用应力新课导入:直齿圆柱齿轮的传动过程中,一对轮齿沿齿宽同时进入啮合和脱离啮合,致使轮齿所受的力是突然加上或突然卸掉的,轮齿的变形也是突然产生和突然消失的,从而高速传动中冲击、振动和噪声较大,传动不够平稳。为了适应
3、机器高速、重载的需要,研究产生了斜齿圆柱齿轮。10.11斜齿圆柱齿轮传动一、斜齿圆柱齿轮的形成及啮合特点1、形成图 25-1 斜齿圆柱齿轮的形成2、特点保留了直齿圆柱齿轮传动的啮合特性。轮齿啮合时齿面的接触线是倾斜的,接触线的长度是由短变长,再由长变短;即轮齿是逐渐进入啮合,再逐渐退出啮合的,参与啮合的轮齿对数比直齿轮的多,重合度大,传动平稳,冲击和噪声小,适合于高速和重载传动,但传动中有轴向力。二、斜圆柱齿轮的参数1、螺旋角斜圆柱齿轮的轮齿,沿齿宽方向呈螺旋形。规定分度圆上的螺旋角为斜圆柱齿轮的螺旋角,基圆珠笔柱上的螺旋角用b表示。螺旋齿轮有左旋和右旋之分。为了减少轴向力,一般取=80-20
