1、XXXX20MW光伏电站项目电气调试报告批?准?审 核?编 制?2016 12 10 一、编制说明本调试大纲适用于光伏发电项目安装工程中电气安装工程各设备的调试试验。主要包括:真空断路器、避雷器、电流互感器、电压互感器、隔离开关、干式电力变压器、电力电缆、35KV 及以下配电装置、厂用电装置等设备的一次试验及二次检验;二次系统的调试工作包括:保护装置、二次回路试验等;全厂所有电气一次设备按GB50150-2006 进行调试,对于规范中没有规定的设备可参照制造厂家产品要求执行。综合保护设备及相关联设备的调整试验按继电保护和电网安全自动装置检验规程DL/T995-2006 中要求及实际情况调校、检
2、验,特殊保护装置参照出厂产品技术条件进行调校。二、编制依据2.1 施工图纸2.2 施工规范2.2.1 电 气 装 置 安 装 工 程 电 气 设 备 交 接 试 验 标 准 GB50150-2006 2.2.2施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ46-2005 2.2.3 继 电 保 护 和 电 网 安 全 自 动 装 置 检 验 规 程 DL/T995-2006 2.3 随机资料三、35kV 高压柜试验项目:3.1 真空断路器1、测量绝缘电阻;采用5000V 兆欧表,不低于4000 兆欧;2、测量每相导电回路的电阻;3、交流耐压试验:相对地76KV,断口 76KV;4、测量断路器主触头的分、合
3、闸时间,测量分合闸的同期性,测量合闸时触头的弹跳时间;用开关机械特性测试仪,测量开关的机械特性。5、测量分、合闸线圈的绝缘电阻和直流电阻,应符合规定;6、断路器操动机构的试验;3.2 互感器1)测量绕组的绝缘电阻;2)交流耐压试验;相对二次及地76KV 一分钟;3)测量绕组的直流电阻;4)测量接线组别和极性;5)误差测量;3.3 支柱绝缘子1)测量绝缘电阻;2)交流耐压试验;试验电压76kV 1 分钟。3.4 避雷器1)测量绝缘电阻;2)测量直流泄露电流;3 检查放电计数器动作情况及临视电流表指示。四、干式、油浸式电力变压器交接试验4.1 测量绕组连同套管的直流电阻(1)采用QJ44 双臂电桥

11、83 全自动变比测试仪测量,本工程变压器分接头的变比与产品出厂铭牌数据相比,应无明显差别,电压调节切换应符合变压比的规律。(2)变压器变比误差在额定分接头位置不得超过1%铭片标称值。4.3检查变压器的三极结线组别和极性检查采用 QJ35变压比电桥测试,其结线组别和极性必须与设计及出厂铭牌上的标记和外壳上的符号相符。4.4测量绕组连同套管的绝缘电阻、吸收比采用 5000V 兆欧表和1000V 兆欧表测量,其绝缘电阻值不应低于出厂试验值的70%。吸收比为60S/15S 的比值,在规定的湿度范围内和常温下不应小于1.3,线绝缘层应完整,无缺损变位现象。4.5绕组连同套管的交流耐压试验采用 YDJ-5
12、/50 交直流轻型试验变压器及SDPB2000串并联谐振耐压试验装置试验,试验电压一次高压侧试验电压为68KV持续时 1 分钟,二次低压侧试验电压为3KV持续时间1 分钟,无击穿、放电、闪络现象。4.6测量铁芯绝缘及铁芯绝缘的各紧固件采用 5000V 兆欧表测量,持续时间为1min,应无闪络及击穿现象,将铁芯一点接地连片打开,测量铁芯绝缘应符合产品技术条件之规定,一般应不小于4000M。4.7变压器温度控制装置试验按照产品说明书进行调整整定,手动启动通风应正常自动启动按照设定值应工作正常,超温报警及超温跳闸保护应符合招标文件及设计图纸要求。4.8 变压器保护装置调试变压器保护装置整定值应符合设

20、5G3H9A3K1的高压侧进行,每次间隔时间宜为5min。本变压器中性点应必须可靠接地,方才可做冲击合闸试验。冲击合闸变压器的三相电流应平衡,无明显差别,保护装置无误动作现象。4.10 变压器的相位检查采用电脑相位仪、相序表及数字万用表测量,其相序、相位应与电网一致,电压应正常。4.11变压器的空载试验变压器的空载试验按规范要求连续运行24 小时,应无异常现象,测量其空载电压、空载电流、空载损耗应符合产品技术条件规定。温升试验及温控调节、有载手动电压调节、自动电压调节均应符合产品技术条件规定及投标文件之要求。4.12 变压器的负载试验按照招标文件之要求,进行带额定负荷运行12 小时,其中 2
21、小时 20%的过载运行,要加强监护,有条件的情况下完成此试验。试运人员必须每小时巡视一次,变压器应无异常现象,做好试运行记录。带负载运行,测量的三相电流及三相电压应对称平衡;过载运行时,风冷却通风机应启动运行,变压器的过流、速断、零序保护不应有误动作,超温保护不应有误动作。带负载运行应严格按照变压器运行规程进行,加强巡视,必须做好试运行记录。高压柜的试验五、电力电缆试验5.1测量绝缘电阻对电缆的主绝缘做耐压试验或测量绝缘电阻时,应分别在每一相上进行。对一相进行试验或测量时,其他两相导体、金属屏蔽或金属套和铠装层一起接地;对额定电压为21/35KV的电缆线路应用采用YDJ-5/50 交直流轻型试
