1、城市污水处理厂污泥处置技术及利用摘 要:对污水处理厂污泥处置和利用的途径进行了总结,指出了每种处置和利用方式的优缺点和适宜范围。关键词:污水厂污泥;综合利用;资源化DOI:10.16640/ki.37-1222/t.2016.12.023 近年来,随着人们环保意识的不断提高,城市生活污水和工业废水处理率也在不断提高。污水处理过程中产生的二次污染物剩余污泥,其质量也在不断增加,这给环境保护带来了新的问题。目前我国城市污水处理厂每年排放干污泥量约为 20 万 t,以湿污泥计为380 万-550 万 t1。1 城市污水厂污泥特性城市污水厂污泥特性和产量与污水处理工艺有着很大的关系。污泥中有机质含量在
2、12.68%78%,均值 41.15%;氮含量在 7.77%1.25%之间,均值 3.02%;磷含量在 5.21%0.09%之间,均值 1.57%;钾含量在 2.97%0.15%之间,均值0.69%;由此可见,城市污水处理厂污泥中含有大量的有机质,营养物质含量也比较丰富,除此之外,污泥中还含有大量的病原微生物和重金属。我国城市污泥的重金属含量较高,Zn、Cu、Cd、Cr、Ni、Hg 超过城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)标准限值要求,超标别为 10%、8.6%、8%、1.2%、9.1%和 9.8%2。2 常用的污泥处置方法污泥处置的最终目标是实现污泥的资源化、无害化、减量
3、化。我国现有污泥处置方式有很多种,具体到各个污水处理厂污泥处置时,要根据自身的特点以及所在区域环境特征,合理选择污泥处置方式,要做到有针对性、因地制宜。2.1 污泥填埋处理法污泥填埋处置是将脱水后的污泥经简单的消毒处理后,直接运往填埋场进行填埋。目前,国内很多污水处理厂采用该方法处理污泥,主要是将垃圾运往生活垃圾填埋场进行填埋。污泥填埋法处理污泥处理成本低,运行简单,操作方便。但该方法存在很多弊端,如占用大量的土地,填埋产生的渗滤液如果处理不当会造成环境的二次污染,容易导致土壤污染和地下水污染等问题。污泥填埋法无法做到真正的减量化和资源化,因此该方法并不提倡大量使用。2.2 污泥焚烧处理法污泥

11、经焚烧处理后,体积可以减少85%95%,质量可以减少 70%80%。污泥经焚烧后,可以减少污泥中病原微生物和有毒有害物质的含量。焚烧后的残渣,可以用于制砖、铺路等建筑行业,实现了污泥的资源化利用。即使将焚烧后的污泥直接填埋,也会大大减少填埋物的体积,节约了土地资源。但污泥焚烧时会产生一定量的空气污染物,如果处理不当容易造成二次污染,因而限制了该法的广泛应用。2.3 污泥消化处理法污泥消化可分为厌氧消化处理和好氧消化处理。好氧消化技术在我国污泥稳定化处理技术所占比例为2.81%,主要存在于是我国中、小型污水处理厂(日处理量50000m3150000m3)的污泥处理工艺。厌氧消化技术在我国污泥稳定

20、相关规定。关于污泥土地利用我国的规定有以下几种:农用污泥中污染物控制标准(GB4284-84)、城镇污水处理厂污泥处置农用泥质(CJ/T309-009)、城镇污水处理厂污泥处置园林绿化用泥质(GB/T23486-2009)、城镇污水处理厂污泥处置土地改良用泥质(GB/T24600-2009)。污泥土地利用时要做到因地制宜,具体问题具体分析。污泥土体利用时要注意不得污染土壤,避免造成二次污染。3 结论污泥处置方式的选择现已成为污水处理厂设计时需要重点考虑的内容。选择污泥处理工艺时,要充分考虑污水处理厂污泥情况和城市发展情况,因地制宜的选择污泥处理工艺,实现污泥的减量化、资源化、无害化。与此同时,
