1、下载更多免费咨询报告,尽在一力企业集团有限公司企业文化推广落实方案建议(二四年)九略管理咨询公司二 00 四年五月一力集团企业文化推广落实方案建议(二四年)一、方案目的随着经济全球化速度的加快,国内外企业都处于经济结构调整、文化价值观的剧烈变动与重新整合之中,企业管理方式也面临着重新选择和改造。这给公司的生存发展提出了严峻的挑战,也为公司提供了迎头赶上、实现跨越式发展的历史性机遇。在此情形下,企业文化作为企业的血液,对公司的生存发展,所起的作用越来越显着。为增强公司内部凝聚力和外部竞争力,促进一力集团企业文化发展纲要和战略规划的落实,特制定本落实方案以指导二四年五月二五年企业文化建设工作。二、
2、年度目标1.推广宣传集团企业文化发展纲要中核心理念。年度目标为全体员工(含所有一力集团正式员工)普及率98。2.根据企业文化发展纲要核心理念对相关结构层面的要素(如制度、规章、流程、考核指标等)进行讨论和修订。年度目标为相关规章制度讨论修订率 303.推进相关行为规范的实施,对已有行为规范(如员工守则、电话接听、日常接待等)进行落实检查。年度目标为合格率80。4.增修相关行为规范。年度目标为重新修订两个相关行为规范,主题由企业文化处提出,经公司董事会或高管层办公会审核确定。三、推广意义1.塑造一力的新形象2.提高员工整体素质3.促进内部的凝聚力4.加强员工的归属感四、企业文化建设的保证措施1.

10、保证资金到位,使用得当,为公司企业文化工作的开展提供条件。3.推广经验:在实践中,经过运行,总结经验,选树典型,适时召开企业文化建设工作会议或在具有典型示范作用的项目召开现场会,介绍典型、推广经验、扩大辐射面。在此基础上,公司企业文化主管进一步细化企业文化的工作思路、工作重点、工作措施,使企业文化建设驶上规范发展的轨道。4.规范化设计:为与国内外市场接轨,可请专业机构进行公司视觉识别系统(VI)的策划、设计,进而取得社会的广泛认同。五、具体项目及实施要点1.九略管理咨询公司项目组根据对一力企业文化建设程度的调研和理解,建议将一力集团 2004 年度企业文化建设工作列为33项,分为理念、结构、行
