1、学习文档仅供参考反应粘防水卷材预铺反粘施工工法1、前言地下室底板防水施工所用的传统防水卷材,往往都是将防水卷材粘贴或空铺在基层上,防水层与结构本体的缝隙造成防水层与结构的别离。防水层一旦破坏,水四处窜流,不易找到渗漏点,维修十分困难,甚至可能导致防水层整体失效。我工程摒弃原设计的聚脂胎SBS改性沥青防水卷材,改选用单面反应粘高分子防水卷材,将不粘结面空铺在基础垫层上,粘结面向上与现浇混凝土面结合为一体,中间无窜水隐患;即使卷材局部遭遇破坏,也会将水限定在很小范围内,极大提高了防水层的可靠性。2、工法特点2.1 预铺反粘的防水卷材与基础底板结合,形成一道新的防水层,该防水层可以有效阻止地下水通过
2、卷材防水层后在其内窜流,卷材局部遭遇破坏,也会将水限定在很小范围内,可以快速的找到渗漏点,采取有效的方式进行堵漏,不产生再次渗漏水隐患。2.2 防水卷材与主体结构融为一体,防水性能不受主体结构沉降影响,有效地防止地下水渗入。2.3 预铺反粘法施工,无需找平层,对基层要求低,不受天气及基层潮湿影响,且防水卷材不做保护层,直接进行钢筋混凝土浇筑施工工序,大大提高了施工速度。2.4 冷作业、无明火、无毒无味、无环境污染及消防隐患,安全环保。3、适用范围本工法适用于房屋建筑工程地下室基础防水的施工。4、工艺原理学习文档仅供参考预铺反粘法:即先在基础垫层上铺设防水卷材,卷材的自粘面朝上,然后在卷材的自粘
3、面上浇筑混凝土,卷材与混凝土形成反应自粘效果的做法。浇筑混凝土时的水泥浆与卷材粘结层特殊的高分子聚合物湿固化反应粘结。粘结强度随混凝土抗压强度增加而增加,混凝土到达初凝期时,卷材的粘结层已与混凝土面层完全湿固化反应并溶合成一个新的防水层,中间无窜水隐患;即使卷材局部遭遇破坏,也会将水限定在很小范围内,极大提高了防水层的可靠性。5、施工工艺流程及操作要点5.1 施工流程施工准备基层清理放线定位铺贴变形缝、阴阳角等细部防水附加层整改合格不合格防水卷材大面积空铺去除隔离膜撒水泥粉现浇钢筋混凝土施工整改合格不合格图 5.1 工艺流程示意图5.2 施工工艺5.2.1 基层清理:基层应坚实、平整、无结冰,
4、清除外表灰尘和油污。5.2.2 放线定位:在基层上放出卷材铺贴的控制线,以免卷材铺贴时出现错位、歪斜等现象。5.2.3 细部节点防水层施工:在平立面交接处、变形缝、施工缝、管根等细部设置卷材附加增强层,现场按要求进行裁剪,附加层采用双面自粘防水卷材。一般部位附加层卷材应满粘于基层,应力集中部位应根据标准空铺。满粘的部位施工前应先涂刷油性基层处理剂,干燥后再铺贴附加层自粘卷材。5.2.4 大面防水层自粘卷材铺贴采用预铺反粘法施工,将卷材直接空铺垫层外表上,不需刷水泥浆。按照所选卷材的宽度,留出搭接缝尺寸长短边均为 80mm ,按基准线进行卷材铺贴施工。施工时,相邻两幅卷材的搭接要错开,错开长度不

12、确定铺贴的位置。从第二幅卷材开始时,将外表隔离膜的边缘按搭接宽度提前用裁纸刀小心划开,将相邻两幅卷材搭接边的隔离膜撕掉,搭接边进行冷粘接,气温偏低一般为10 度以下卷材粘性较差时可用喷灯对搭接边加温辅助粘贴,用压辊等排气压实。铺贴后卷材应平整、顺直,搭接尺寸正确,不得扭曲。图 5.3 防水卷材搭接边粘贴示意图5.2.5 卷材收头细部节点处防水密封防水卷材伸至砖胎膜顶部,上压一皮砖固定;后浇带位置防水卷材预留足够的搭接长度,并上盖木模板进行保护。5.2.6 检查验收卷材铺贴完成并经检查合格后,在绑扎底板钢筋之前,提前将卷材外表隔离膜撒掉。为防止施工时粘脚,卷材外表可薄撒素水泥粉,绑扎钢筋过程中,
