8、8B10H6S7Q2 ZV7K8I8W7H5文档编码:CC10F7T9F1Y3 HF8B10H6S7Q2 ZV7K8I8W7H51 适用范围本作业指导书适用于送电线路的复测施工和各种常见类型基础分坑测定。2 作业任务复测施工的任务是核对设计部门提供的杆明细表、平断面图与现场是否相符,设计标桩是否丢失或移动,为基础施工做好准备,也为后续工程质量检查创造条件。a:直线杆中心桩复测;b:转角杆中心桩复测;c:档距和标高的复测;d:丢桩补测;e:施工基面的开挖测量。分坑的任务是根据设计图纸提供的基础类型和根开大小,测定出基础的各坑角桩与其塔位中心桩的相对位置。a:各种直线杆的基础分坑;b:各种转角杆的

17、,并应在使用前进行检查。水准仪的检查包括:a:望远镜成像是否清晰,目镜物镜的调焦螺旋是否灵活,水平制动及微动螺旋是否有效,脚螺旋转动是否自如。b:圆水准器轴是否平行于仪器竖轴。c:十字横丝是否垂直于仪器竖轴。d:水准管轴是否平行于视准轴。三脚架对施工使用三脚架有如下要求:架头连接螺旋与仪器可靠连接,架头无松动。架腿固紧螺旋有效制动架腿。塔尺施工使用的塔尺有如下要求:刻度要清晰、准确连接处无损坏或损坏程度不影响长度的稳定。花杆:要求花杆要正直、尖端要在花杆中心。钢卷尺:要经过计量检定,读数清晰。对讲机:使用前充电并检测通话质量。文档编码:CC10F7T9F1Y3 HF8B10H6S7Q2 ZV7

25、 图线路复测要以直线桩作为测量基点,用正倒镜分中法来检查塔位中心桩。正倒镜得到的两点A、B,取 AB的中点 C,如果 C点与原桩位相同(即为0 时),可以确定该直线塔桩位是正确的。有误差时,当以两相邻直线桩为基准,允许横线路方向偏移不大于50mm(即允许50mm)。若杆位中心桩有偏差时,应取杆位桩C点为改正后的杆桩。转角杆桩位复测:线路转角的角度值应用测回法进行测量。测得的角度值应满足与原设计值之差不大于130。实测角度值与设计角度值不相符时,应查明原因。若确实证明角度误差不是相邻桩位有误差造成的,则应做好记录,报技术部门协同设计单位妥善处理。丢桩补测线路复测过程中如发现杆桩丢失时,应根据线路
