1、小班第一学期班级教学计划小班第一学期班级教学计划范文概况优势与不足优势:不足:通过一个学期的幼儿园生活,我们发现,我班幼儿在自我服务能力方面还是很欠缺的,主要表现在:午餐,速度比较慢,有个别孩子需要老师喂饭,也有很多孩子挑食;午睡,部分孩子不会自己穿脱衣服,个别孩子不会主动入睡。在学期末,还发现班级常规开始呈现混乱的现象,很多孩子自说自话,声音也很大。我们将在这一学期中,以以上的不足为重点加以培养。个别幼儿蔡宇翔通过一学期的针对性的教育,虽然不会乱发脾气、躺倒在地上,可是,在生活自理能力方面还是有很大的欠缺,表现在:吃饭速度慢、挑食;不会穿脱衣服等。特色教育科技教育是我们的特色教育,本学期,我
2、们将根据班级的小专题在运动活动中培养幼儿的科学的行为习惯为契机,重点培养幼儿的科学的行为习惯。在上学期的“科技节”中,家长们参与的积极性很高,很多家长在科技小报、科技制作等方面都获奖,家长们也了解科技教育,本学期,我们还将通过家长会、主题教育、家长开放半日活动等形势来让家长参与到我们的科技教育中来。精品w o r d 学习资料 可编辑资料-精心整理-欢迎下载-第 1 页,共 19 页二、工作重点(一)继续培养幼儿生活自理能力和行为习惯具体措施:1、来离园时,教师热情接待幼儿,并主动跟幼儿打招呼,使其养成一定礼貌习惯。2、在一日生活中经常提醒幼儿养成良好的生活卫生习惯,如:饭前便后手脏时要自觉洗
3、手,擦自己的小毛巾,用自己的小杯子,吃饭不掉饭菜等。3、通过墙面布置,展示一些生活、卫生习惯的图解。4、利用榜样示范法,让幼儿学习好的典范。(二)继续培养幼儿良好的倾听的习惯具体措施:1、在各类学习活动中,加强对幼儿听说能力的培养。2、在一日活动中,对幼儿强化安静听、安静等的习惯。(三)培养幼儿的语言表达能力,使幼儿能敢说、愿说,并学说完整话。具体措施:1、培养幼儿能坚持说普通话,并使用正确的普通话,通过个别谈话,自由活动,指导个别幼儿进行一些听说练习。2、通过教学活动,区角活动培养幼儿安静地听同伴说话,不随便插话,养成在集体活动中倾听别人讲话的习惯。3、各个教学活动中,注重个体差异,让每个幼
