1、公务员年终考核工作总结篇一:人事局公务员考核工作总结人事局公务员考核工作总结6 月中旬,市人事局组织对各部门开展公务员考核的情况进行了督促检查,从考核情况来看,各部门各单位领导高度重视考核工作,充分运用考核这一有力武器,加强干部队伍建设,基本形成了干部经常受教育的机制,考出了压力、考出了动力、考出了活力,促进了目标任务完成,推动了经济社会发展。一、创新考核机制,建立以绩效考核为主要内容的考核制度绩效考核,是对公务员的工作数量、质量、效率、效益等进行全面考核,作为对公务员评价、奖惩、任用的重要依据。市现代制造产业园与永安镇机关合署办公后,出台量化考核办法,对月度工作任务完成情况,重点工程、中心工
2、作、联村工作、领导交办工作完成情况实行量化记分,得分80以上才具备评优资格,60 分以下为不合格,员工积极性得到充分调动,一种不甘平庸、奋发进取的干部作风已在产业园形成,带动了园区建设的飞速发展。枨冲镇运用绩效考核手段,促使干部服务企业、服务群众、促进发展。为做好涉军维稳工作,80 多名干部深夜到联系户家中做工作,老同志也不例外;并启动了帮扶措施,每季为联系户办一件实事,倡导企业进行对口帮扶,切实解决好实际问题。镇头镇、官桥乡、蕉溪乡注重考核干部实绩,每月由党委书记检查工作记实手册并加盖印章,干部每天都将实绩逐条记录在册,作为工作量化考核的依据。镇头镇为确立绩效考核方案,主要领导到十多家单位学
3、习取经,制定了双百分量化考核办法,突出考核绩效。三口乡实行考核千分制,量化绩效,科学评价。市工业经济局、沿溪镇、古港镇将目标责任层层分解,党政领导与中层干部签目标管理责任书,中层干部与一般干部签目标管理责任书,目标明确,责任上肩,考核重点突出,针对性强。通过绩效考核,分出了工作的成效与优劣,进一步调动了干部的积极性。不少乡镇干部感觉到,绩效考核使自己压力增大了,工作动力增强了,虽然今年起全面免征农业税,但乡镇干部并不感到无所事事,而是自觉地服务企业、服务农民,争创实绩,多作贡献。相对少数市直单位而言,乡镇干部考核工作更有成效,力度更大,效果更好,考出了活力,推动了一方经济和社会发展。然而,也有

11、片空白,或简单记录“上班”、“开会”,缺乏实绩记载,一月工作下来,自己不知干了些什么,感觉空虚无聊。有的单位以分管领导休假、中心工作太忙为由,荒废了考核制度,考核工作没有专人负责,处于停滞状态,使队伍建设得不到加强,工作水平得不到提升。个别单位对下属单位的考核工作抓得有条有理,对本机关考核却未提到应有的高度,政工科与办公室相互推诿,考核机构不健全,职能不明确。还有的单位实行“松散式管理”,怕得罪人,做好好先生,搞“一团和气”,你好、我好、他也好,考核没有力度,应付了事,制度形同虚设,执行不了,结果是贻误了工作,挫伤了干部的积极性。二、健全考核办法,建立以绩效考核论工作优劣的评价手段绩效考核是综
