1、20XX 年幼儿园园务工作计划一、指导思想依据精神,认真学习研讨,全面实施。据市幼教工作会议精神,立足本园实际,以领域活动课程为主,主题活动为辅开展教育教学活动。改变教师教育观念,不断提高保教质量,加强管理,真正做到服务于社会、服务于家长、服务于幼儿。二、工作要点 (一)政治思想工作 1、本学年将定期组织教职工学习政治活动,主要学习政治时事文件、教育经验文章等,让教职工进一步了解党和国家、社会、人民对教育工作者的要求,提高思想认识和自身素质。2、进行以人生观、价值观为中心和理想信念教育,教书育人,为人师表的人格教育,爱岗敬业,无私奉献的情感教育,诲人不倦的职业文明教育,形成良好的园风。(二)保
